Bissell. When they say, “We mean clean”, they mean cleaning out your pockets! I purchased a Bissell upright Proheat Turbo Deep Cleaner within the last year. I went into Jo Ann Fabrics today 4/27/09 @3:30 p.m. in Scottsbluff Nebraska. I had my two daughters with me. They are 2 and 6 years of age. I will never ever ever buy from Burger King again after seeing the commercial I saw last night, and then just a few minutes ago! I cannot believe they would use "Square Butts" to try and sell a kids meal? and what does that have to do with Spongebob?? I had my sister bombard me with phone calls, luncheons, 3 way conference calls with people I didn't even know about the Ambit Energy "opportunity". First of all I would like to say that this is not my first bad experience with this company. Waiting over 30 to 45 minutes on hold with operators who do not speak good English is the norm. I have had a General Motors Mastercard for about 20 years. My interest rates have been average, and I have never defaulted on the card. Indeed I usually pay MORE than the minimum balance, paying in full when I can. Two months ago the company unilaterally cut my credit line in half. I didn't complain. However, this month the company increased the interest rate on the card to 30.99 percent! This is outrageous! In December of 2008, I had cheese samples while walking through the store. I also purchased a couple items from the store that I had for lunch. Within an hour I was sick and later in the evening I became violently ill. In the middle of the night I ended up unconscious on the bathroom floor and was taken to the emergency room in an ambulance. This company contacted the secretary who answers our phones, and pretended to be our regular toner supplier. He told her that we had been forgotten on the prior mailing to notify of a future increase in prices and that since we weren’t notified, that they were going to give us a free bottle of toner. She was told that they would be sending an order form over, but to not worry about the price, but to please just sign the form, as it was just necessary to have to get the product shipped. On my recent credit card statement dated 4-21-08, there's a charge by RSI Partners for $9.55. I have never heard of, nor used this company's services to have been charged by them. Upon further research of this company, I found over 100 complaints posted at an online consumer complaints website that lists RSI Partners as having fraudulently charged credit cards in the amount of $9.55 for "professional services."
