I contracted with R&S Relocation and Storage for a move from North Carolina to Mississippi in 2006. The salesperson was Paul Spacek. They subcontracted the job to Rich's Van Lines. The movers arrived without weighing the truck first and they refused to do so. The vehicle was also not weighed with the full load. I purchased a Blackberry in February, 2009 and proceeded to send in my old ATT Tilt cell phone in to Market Velocity for Blackberry's Trade-up Program. I sent in the phone, case and charger and complied with all the rules. Once the phone was received by Market Velocity, they informed me that the phone was "dead". I am dissapointed with the Whirlpool prodects we have. We moved into a new home 4 years ago. The home had brand new Whirlpool appliances - double oven, dishwasher, and refrigerator. First the double oven went out in less than a year. A repairman came out and repaired it because it was under warranty. I believe they installed a new thermal fuse. I also received a call from a Danny Mitchell who claimed to be dispersing the monies from the $72 Million housing relieve fund. I sent him my $385 for the grant writing fee and have not heard any more either. Their number has now states it is not a working number. I contacted the attorney general as well as the Federal Trade Commission in Washington D.C. and did report this scam. I contacted my bank who reports that my monies went to an overseas bank. Reported roof leak in late January. It's been leaking gallons of water into my living room each time it rains and the problem remains unfixed and I'm stuck in a lease with these people. Don't move here! It's higher priced and you think it's nice until you have a roof that's leaking then you get a lot of lip service with little results...It's the end of April and it still is leaking...but they are "working on it".
