I had a charge on my Verizon bill for a service I did not use ( a 900 Number for Atlantic Mgmt) I called Integretel to complain and the rep said it would be credited to my Acct. I also called Verizon to flag my acct. and dicused this with them. I did get a credit but also another charge for the same amount but this time by A company called The Billing Resource. After being a loyal customer to Charter for over 4 years, I canceled my services today. I had the worst customer service ever. The four individuals (2 service reps and 2 managers) that I spoke with to try get a billing mistake resolved did absolutely nothing to help. Recently I visited a Sunglasses Hut outlet in NYC and bought a pair of Gucci shades which coted me more that $300. After a few trials, I realized that the pair of shades did not suit me and wanted to return them. We thought Whole Foods offered much better quality and choices. Well, we just bought a salad for $17 that would feed one person and stale "freshly baked bread" for $4. I have been receiving unsolicited telephone calls from a company called EB Marketing on my fax data line. I have registered my number 813-949-3415 on the do not call website. The calls come in late at night like 9:30 pm. and are disturbing. It is a recorded message and you can't get through to a live party nor do they offer the option of being removed from their list. THis is a direct violation of the DO NOT CALL GUIDELINES> They claim to offer a 20 minute audio on marketing and making lots of money.
