I purchased a Kenmore 27 in Laundry Center. I was told that the delivery fee would be refunded via a rebate. The sales person completed the rebate paperwork himself, placed it in a Sears’ envelope, and said that he would mail it himself. We bought a sofa, Big screen TV complete surround sound from the brick our first time ever buying anything there. DO NOT GO THERE TO BUY ANYTHING. I WILL NEVER DARKEN THEIR DOORSTEP AGAIN. While on board the cruise ship “Norwegian Spirit”, of Norwegian Cruise Lines, my wife purchased the subject item for me as a surprise gift. On March 12, as we were disembarking, she gave me the gift. When we returned to our home, I found the product damage (the battery cover was broken), and the instruction booklet was missing. On closer examination, it appeared that the item had been previously purchased and had been returned to the gift shop on board the ship. I was sold a car by an inexperience sales man and they promised to change the car once a better car came in, every year I would go back and check and when they finally had a car they told me I had to put a down payment. That was not part of the verbal deal I had made with them they were suppose to do an even trade. I have a terminally Ill husband and a daughter with kidney problems. Richard Mellon was hired to inspect a home we had made an offer on. He was at the home for 6 hours. Only found minor issues with home other than the obvious that we had already negotiated. After purchasing the home and while we were running cable for the house we found damage in a bath and also the kitchen that the home inspector did not report. American Home Shield sent these people to my home to fix my air. We were charged $200. for a permit that is mandatory and come to find out they never pulled the necessary permit to work on my ac unit which is illegal. They charge me $125. for disposal.
