We have not had services from Juno for approx. 2 years +/-. We have a recent withdrawl from our account on our visa card. This is the second time in two months we have had this experience (the other was another company we no longer have an account with). It seems criminal to me that they are allowed to do this. WE have canceled this credit card account and requested a new account number. If I had not read the credit card statement in detail I would have paid this. Called Circuit City's Advantage Protection Plan, Extended Warranty and I get a number not in service, a fax tone, or this number is no longer working. I bought the refrigerator brand new. It looks nice but it doesn't cool. The refrigerator temp doesn't get lower than 40 degrees and the freezer stays around 68!.
