I bought the refrigerator brand new. It looks nice but it doesn't cool. The refrigerator temp doesn't get lower than 40 degrees and the freezer stays around 68!. Called Samsung on 8/16/2009, 24 hrs. after I plugged the unit in for the first time. They created a ticket but now they are dragging their feet in "finding" a service center. I received a mortgage from Taylor Bean and Whitaker last April. I have my payments set up on automatic draft and it comes out of my checking account around the 5th of each month. I bought an Apokin laptop battery in Hong Kong for my Dell Vostro 1500 laptop last March 2009. When I went home to Manila, the battery was a tight fit into my laptop and refused to work. DCS is a scam. I was in a car accident a few years ago. I am permantley disabled and recieve SSA. Due to the rules of my insurance certain bills had to be paid by nationwide or the party that caused the accident. Well things didn't happen the way they were supposed to.
