Contacted their office last January 2009 and paid 3, 495.00 promised to have my house modified. They were not able to do their promised so I requested a refund last April and they promised to send my refund last July 15th but until now I didnt received anything. Try to call their office almost everyday but all the phones are disconnected. Already reported to BBB and FTC. BBB closed my complain because FEDMOD did not respond to them. Hi, I have IFB Dishwasher (Neptune) and it's under AMC with IFB. 1.5 months back (9th July 2009), I'd put a complain for it's malfunctioning. Technician has visited my place twice, and yet the problem is not resolved. I have been following up with call centres, service centres and regional manager as well, but till date (40 days+), the issue is not yet resolved. IFB has to improve it's after sales service. CarHop uses AutoCheck for their car history reports. This isn't an accurate site. I found that not only has my vehicle, but 18 now sitting on their lots, have sustained previous front-end damage. I am sure their AutoCheck reveals a clean history. Makes me wonder if there is a little money passing under the table or if they are affiliated in some way...get my drift?
