They have a completely rubbish service and even worse call support. They keep charging you from your balance, it keeps getting lower even if you have not made any calls for days altogether. Discrimination of Handicapped Persons at the restaurant: 410 Bank Street Cape May, NJ. Manager refused to allow me to use the handicap ramp. They will NOT send you to collections over a $20. By law there is a minimum charge collection agencies will accept. I believe this amount is $250, but it could be as small as $100. XM is billing us for Lifetime service of the XM radio when we call because our service had been interrupted. Our last bill was over 1600 dollars for our one vehcile unit. Currently we do not have any service because our account was suspended because we didn't pay the 1600 dollrs, that we don't owe. This company after committing fraud on a lot of people, has now disconnected their telephone number. They offered a flat fee refinance of $995, and an appraisal fee of $280. If the loan did not fund, the fees would be returned. Well, many loans did not fund, including mine, and now there is no recourse with the company.
