I have a SCSS A/c with SBI PBB Hauz Khas BR, ND -110 016, A/c no 30072947679. The (Form 16) TDS certificate for FY 2008 - 2009 has been provided by the Bank to me only to-day(19th Aug, 2009)!! While last date for IT submission was 31st July, 2009!!. Total tax deducted Rs.9272/-. I am a Retired person. Who will pay for my double taxation?? Because the return has already been submitted. This is absolute calousness, inefficiency of the Branch staff. I purchased my Jeep in 2007. I am currently on disability and will be going back to work next week and am 1 month behind on my payment. I have spoken to several representatives at Chrysler of my Financial situation and that I do have a job and will be going back to work soon. They harass me several times per day and tell me my car is out for repossession and then tell me the account is only unsecure. I have filed complaints with the BBB, FTC and now the Attorney General of CA. Also, they continue to call after receiving my cease and desist letter. I unknowingly fell for a scam. A young man came to my door talking about winning a trip to Italy. He was in the lead! I was so comfortable talking to him I even offered him dinner and a drink to take with him. The magazine was never delivered. I decided to try to call the phone number listed for American Cash Awards with no answer, and the web address was bogus. I feel violated. I genuinely believed him. The sad truth is that I will be reluctant in the future to help anyone who comes knocking on my door. Used Cabot Cement Coat factory applied finish when constructing a new home. Within five years the color has faded to a completely different shade and my beautiful dream home looks awful. Cabot acknowledges that they have since realized this product was "apt to fade" and have changed the product. What does the 25 year limited warranty gets me? I purchased a Philips steam iron from Best Denki for RM109 in April 2008. The iron was on sale and I have no idea it does not have automatic thermostat control. I actually burnt a shirt the first time I used the iron because it was too hot! I am in the process of dealing with the very frustrating maze that is customer service at Sears. My less than 3 year old front loading Kenmore washing machine (Whirlpool Duet sold under the Kenmore name) needs new ball bearings. My August payment was due 8/1/09. I set up a payment through my bank on 8/31/09. Obviously my bank and your offices are not open for business on a Saturday to process payments. Consequently my payment arrived in your offices on Monday, August 3, 2009. I was subsequently charge a $39 late payment. I feel that the late payment was unjust and wish it reversed. I worked for Abbeys housekeeping for two months. When you call her to get information about a job or ask about your pay check she cusses you out, and tells you to stop wasting her time. I got ripped off also. I got 2 checks one for $95 and 1 for $9, she told me she still owed me 16 dollars and it would be in my next check. It has been 2 Months and I have sought legal advice to recoup the wages she owes me. Ever since I bought Kinetic Sym Flyte, it has given n number of issues. The chasis has broken within a span of 1 and half years and servicing people don't even agree its a manufacturing defect.
