Received the wrong item. Their website was wrong. I was unable to get a response regarding the problem. I had to dispute charging with Credit Card to get response. They did update their website after I pointed out the issue but then stated it was my responsibility to send item back before they would ship out the correct item. I refused and after much hassle they sent a UPS call tag. I sent item back but never reimbursed my credit card for item and shipping charge. I filed a complaint with Better Business Bureau. On the 1st of July there was an amount debited on my credit card for $39.97 with the description of NATL EVZ. Never have i bought or willingly authorise this amount to be deducted from me. I would like to file a complaint regarding the increase in the Annual Percentage Rate for my project line account financed with GE Money. I was offered an interest rate of 13% for remodelling of my kitchen through Sears, when I signed the agreement for financing. I’ve made monthly payment ahead of time each month to avoid having my interest rate increased due to late payments. Below is a message I received from a user claiming to be running a weight loss study, although they can't seem to actually buy or provide any of the materials themselves. Signed up for a free trial. Shipped and I cancelled jumping through all the hoops they throw in front of you. Then I find two more charges on my credit card. Later another package arrives in the mail and I'm charged again. Calling these people does no good. They will tell you anything or they will just hang up on you. I purchased renters insurance through American Bankers Insurance in Aug, 2008 for an apt. I have moved from that apt and on Aug 14, 2009 they took $296.00 using the debit information they had stored from the previous payment for renters insurance. I drove 5 hours to go to this theme park . We went there to celebrate my daughter's 17th birthday.
