I have a USAir credit card and I pay the annual fee in April (my anniversary date) On my anniversary date I am supposed to receive a coupon code good for 2 companion tickets for $99 (plus some other benefits). Our entire family purchased polices through Travel Guard and a family member went into the hospital in May of 2009 (and died) and they did not cover our loss yet! I think the best thing about restaurants is the service you received. After being told that the restaurant would hold our food, we returned to find out that they had thrown it away. We spoke to the manager to explain what had occurred and he basically said I am sorry we do not hold food. Even after we spoke with several waitress and they said they would. For a buffet the selection was not very large. What was there was not very good. The food wasn't the worse part though. The employees wore flip flops and no uniform of any kind. One man was wearing tight short shorts with his flip flops. The same man was wiping the sweat off his head and then refilling the food. Another employee dropped a rag on the floor and then washed of tables with it. A busser looked like she wore her "uniform" all week. To top it all off the glasses were about the size of half a cup.
