Mr. Jahanian, the owner of Vienna Kitchen and Bath, has no license for Dar Designs LLC that he listed on a contract. He damaged the existing electrical and plumbing in the kitchen. A form was built by Rupp Family Construction to accommodate a concrete slab of approximately 14 feet wide, by 30 feet long, and 2 feet tall. Served as lease broker for over $200, 000 in office furniture for us. Had us sign lease agreements with three separate lease companies which obligated us to pay the lease payments. Never paid our vendor, now we are on the hook for the lease payments and the cost of the furniture. I ordered two motor scooters from these people. One arrived in perfect condition. The other had seven broken body parts.After numerous unanswered emails and complaints to the California BBB they finally sent me some parts. Some of the parts are the right ones, some are the wrong ones, and I still did not get all of the correct parts. I ordered pump repair parts from this company on 7/7/09. Ten days later, I sent my first email reconfirming the delivery address as the order was late. I did not receive any confirmation from the company that they had received the email. I sent 15 additional emails asking that they contact me because I felt the order was late. They never responded to any of the emails. The part arrived 5 weeks after order with no explaination of the issue. They never returned any email queries. You must sign a contract which states that you cannot get a refund for any reason, if you are within 2 wks of the sleep over date. they took my credit card number and used it without authorization and will not refund me the amount. We applied an epoxy protective coating to a floor and spent considerable phone time with the company getting all the instructions and list of products for this job. Do not patronize this establishment. It is unfriendly to elderly people. I stopped in there on Wednesday, July 22, 2009 and went walked to use the men's restroom. Hello, I bought this Element FLX-3202 back in 12/2007 and after 5 months the audio went out on the unit. I unplugged it thinking a hard reboot would help but it didn't. On Friday, August the 7th - I received an oil change from Action Tire & Service (Goodyear). When the oil change was complete, my car was returned to me with the driver's side window rolled all the way down. I drove away from the service garage and tried to let my window up. This small Laundromat uses almost every machine it has to do their own laundry for their wash and fold service. What is worse is that their machines are very outdated and can damage clothes if not carefully watched over. CHASE online payment requires 24-48hrs to process a payment to a vendor, but when the payment is made to the Chase VISA company the process is accelerated. The nice branch banker probably offered you to put an ODP (over draft protection) on your new chase credit card for which they receive an incentive for signing you up on.
