The owner is charging me for attempted filing fees. I needed papers delivered and filed at the court house. I was very clear in speaking with him when they were to be delivered and I provided written instructions too. He assured me he knew what he was doing. He attempted to deliver them three days before I requested them to be actually delivered and then charged me for it! He now refuses to refund me my money. On March 19, 2007 between the hours of 1AM-2:30am I went into the store to purchase some peanuts and I noticed the self check out line was closed. T-Mobile's service is horrendous and customers are not even worth $20. T-Mobile's automated system gives out incorrect information about your phone being restored in two hours. However, my service was off for more than 5 hours and a supervisor acted as if because I had a past due amount, I shouldn't be saying anything. My complaint with this k-mart is twice i have bought items on clearance racks in this store. When i get home to notice they charge you the regular full price and while bagging your items they take the full price and clearance tags off your items so you can not get the difference when you go to take your problem to them so you pay the full price. Over the last six months or so I have tried to get the attention of the 808 help line; each time I was informed by a computerized voice "All our consultants are currently busy...". I was purchasing All Free Clear HE from a local Sam's Club up until a month or two ago as they did not have it. I bought a five dollar phone card. The terms and conditions said no connection fee, additional charges for calls placed from a pay phone. I successfully placed one local, five minute call from a pay phone using the PIN number on the back of the card. Three days later I attempted to use the card to make a call from a land line. I am using reliance land phone for more than five years. Due to the thunder and lightening on25th of april, our phone broke out. I complained to the kollam sector. Patricia had purchased a willy dog and unsuccessfully received a cart with mechanical faults which willy dog never repaid her or fixed the cart. Since then we have purchased the cart and made $1200.oo worth of repairs and upgrades to the cart. Today the cart is worth its original price and more. I purchased my son's Senior pictures from Dan Tibbetts the owner/photographer of Photo Highlights. I have not received them as of yet and my son has 20 days left of his Senior year. I can't send out invitations to the open house or send his announcements out until I receive them. I have called him and emailed numerous times. He will not return my messages. Recently, I have found out that there are four other people trying to get a hold of Dan for their wedding pictures. They all work at the post office with my ex-husband. I just got a call from Airtel Hyderabad, this was with regards to an acquaintance not having paid his phone bill. When i inquired where the person had taken my number from she said that it was given as a reference which I am very sure is untrue, I confronted her with this and she accepted that she had taken my number off the bill. This is absolute breach of confidentiality. My number is not even an Airtel number, these people cannot use bills to get numbers in such cases.
