I have Forwarded request to stop my airtel postpaid connection on 8th march through 121 (customer care number), after that I have called on 121 so many times, then on 14th March, my phone gots disconnected, But still then I got 3 bills after 14th march for the same connection as I haven't used the same connection, I have visited Airtel Relationship Center so many times too, but didn't get the proper reply. I have still not received my deposit amount and one months advanced rental. So what can I do? to whom I should contact? After paying for Hughes slowband for almost 2 years i was hit for the first time by FAP. (3 times so far downloading census records, I am a genealogist). The new policy is 200 mb in 24 hrs download limit you will be hit with download speed slower than dialup for 24 HOURS. Mine tested on Hughes was 9 and 10 kbps
I have now got together with my neighbors and requested Brighthouse to extend their services to our area.
The will be in our area before the end of this year and Myself and 3 neighbors who are on Hughes.net will terminate their service and sign up with ROAD RUNNER True broadband at a cheaper rate than Hughes.

Someone in RELIANCE COMM NY is using my credit card to purchase services. I've tried to contact RELIANCE and the toll free number provided by the operator belongs to a trucking company in New York. Operator also provided me with a contact that has a voice mail of a Hindu guy asking to leave a message. If this is RELIANCE's practice, let's get them out of business. read full review »

I had a horrible experience from Tata Indicom Customer care for the last two days. Sunday evening I had Rs.705 in my a/c. After which, i made two calls which cost me around Rs.6/-. When I checked my balance on monday noon, i found it as Rs.624. I called up customer care for clarification, but they never ever cared to listen to the problem. For years we have had our phone service with Verizon. Two days ago we received the message on our home phone that we had requested to have our phone service disconnected. We just paid our bill, which included service for the phone, internet, and TV. We still have internet and TV cable service, but not phone. We need the phone for the doctor. We called Verizon Customer Service and they said they cannot help us. I want to complain about the (lack of) ethics of Webhosting Buzz. We hired the service last year and were appalled by their bad quality (down time more than 10%, etc). We stopped using them in January this year.
After no news from them, we receive a credit card charge for U$S 100 out of the blue, for renewing! In no way whatsoever we told the company they could renew our membership. So in fact they stole money from us.
An appalling company with an appalling service, please do not use them!

This store has been ridiculous since it opened. The lines are always forever and the pharmacy always has an issue. After a while you just learn to except it until something just has to give. I have been incurring a monthly fee, by said company, which I NEVER AUTHORIZED OR SIGNED FOR.

In February of 2005, I received a promotional letter from "AT&T Wireless" offering a free phone when signing up for new service. I called and was offered a choice of phones and service packages. Within the next couple of hours I received two phone calls from AT&T Wireless, one to confirm the order and the other was an inquiry.

I bought a Sunsetter flag pole with a 5 year written warranty on defective parts. When my pole would not operate, I contacted Sunsetter, who advised me that they would only allow me 20% towards replacement parts and the cost of the parts would greatly exceed the cost of a complete new flag pole. There was no mention of reduced coverage over time in the written warranty, and it is now reasonable to charge more for a spare part than an entire new assembly. read full review »

Ordered a blimp with remote camera, no way could the blimp fly carrying the camera which needs a battery plugged into it, that I tolerated, but the camera did not work, when asked for a replacement, received responses, need your order number, kept sending it, it was like a canned email response, no satisfaction.

I live in Brooklyn, NY, maybe not Sears country. I have a warranty on a Kenmore water heater. It failed on Sunday, May 6, 2007, after 13 years, quite reasonably. I called the number on the warranty, which is the same as the number on the website. I had an appointment for 8-12 am on Monday, May 7, but nobody showed up. I tried to find this item on the website, but the connection appeared to be down all day. Looked online for local florist in Dallas, Texas and e-florist came up. I ordered the flower from them and got the confirmation/invoice with the total of $100.29. I got the credit card statement today but they charged us $112.34 which is $12 higher than original invoice. I was sent an SMS by Airtel to Recharge on 28th May 07 to Recharge with RC 199 to get 60 days validity and Rs. 24.80 talktime. I recharged with the same amount the same day but the validity was not given for 60 days yet. Instead they are not attending to the calls made from my number. Not only this they advise to send toll free SMS to 121 stating my problems that they will resolve within 24 hrs. Most callously they send me all blizzard replies to the SMS sent to them. We have been requesting Airtel (Sahara Mall) Gurgaon as well as R A Santana Company, Gurgaon from whom we purchased Blackberry Model 8700, to let us have software for Windows Vistas so that the Laptop containing Windows Vistas and the Blackberry become compatible. Airtel informs us that such a software is not available! Isn't this ridiculous.

I have purchased a a Excel prepaid connection no. +919415184686 before few years after depositing necessary from and money with all formalities from BSNL (Bhara Sanchar Nigam Limied) Sitapur Uttar Pradesh India. Before few days my outgoing calls was barred by bsnl sitapur without any notice with this cause that they have loose my connection form and papers. I purchased new number (09352120249) from reliance web world jaipur on dated 01/06/2007, and same day i was able to use this number and at time of purchasing i submitted my voter ID card, address proof bank statement and my photo.
Without any reason my outgoing call stopped from 10/06/2007. For this i had connected to reliance web but they don't give any answer and they cut my call each time means they don't want to answer, for this i registered complaint at customer care they gave me a number UCS42210. But still my outgoing call is not activated.

Cingular wireless keeps charging me for something from "m-qube" on my phone bill. Last month the local office in jefferson city, mo. Gave me credit for several months worth of charges. This month i once again had charges from m-qube on my bill.

The extended warrantees at Staples are worthless. I purchased an Acer laptop there about a year and a half ago (buying an Acer was my first mistake). Within the year, the screen went. It was sent back to the manufacturer and repaired. A month ago, while it was on the extended warrantee, the screen went again. Its been third time since i have been visiting Subhiksha in Noida. Whenever we ask for a particular product the usual answer is that the product is in the store and is due to be displayed! and i should revisit the store to buy the product. Once the items are purchased and it needs to be be billed the billing machines/ computers are not working! The behavior of the customer executive is very pain full when i contact through another Airtel no. Because they block my mobile no. to customer care since 17.5.07. I have taken a students prepaid plan, which has on offer 100 local sms free everyday. However after 2 days the sms stopped working and i get an error message from the network operator. I have tried using the sim card on different mobiles, but the error msg is the same. The error is entirely with the network operator. I have had a tracfone for a few years for emergency use. Recently tracfone told me my phone was obsolete and they would send me a new phone. I could not use my phone while this new one was arriving. I got the new phone but it was defective.
I tried calling this company to tell them i need a new working phone and not a defective phone to replace my previous phone. Morning and evening calls from this company every 2 minutes for an hour for the last few weeks. It's always the same, if I answer the call it's dead air, if I return the call I get a voice recorded message "box is full". There is another website, whocalledus.com that has a list of complaints solely from this company. I registered them at donotcall.gov and will file a complaint after the grace period if the calls don't stop. Front load clothes washer and clothes dryer I bought in summer of 2005 and were expensive machines. What a piece of junk! The washer never did work right, it could not seem to do a final spin, it would say it was unbalanced. I finally realized a front load should not be this much trouble. I contacted the store I bought it from, they were little help and LG was horrible to deal with. I ended up being 6 out 8 weeks without a washer while they tried to repair it.

I am using Airtel - Andhra, Pradesh/ INDIA Mobile connection since 1998 Nov. I closed my connection 4th May 2007 after shifting to Bangalore/ Karnataka. While closing the connection Customer service informed I will receive my deposit of 10,500/0 after 35 days. But till today there was no information from them when I am going to get my refund.
Can this reason is sufficient to Knock the LAW doors, someone advice me.
