I brought an USB ZTE CDMA 1X MODEM from Reliance Mobile 10 days before from Reliance Mobile in Brigade Road, Bangalore. This is a post paid connection that came with my HP Pavilion Note, thinking about the mobility and net connection speeds up to 144 kbps I paid Rs.3180 for this pathetic internet connection. The average connection speed I get is less than 15 kbps. Worst case is some times I get connection speed less than 5kbps. At these speeds even simple home page of google.com fails to load. I bought a new cell phone from Alltel. Shortly after, I started receiving text jokes and horoscopes from CSW. I do not have text messaging in my plan, so I never opened them. On October 27th, 2007, my husband and I went to the nearest Picture Me (Super Walmart) Studio. We had to drive fourty-five minutes to go to this studio, and upon arrival, was told that we would have to wait an hour to an hour and a half, due to appointments. Fine. I signed on with Verizon in December of 03 for web hosting. I again signed contracts in 12/04 and 12/05. In early Jan. 06 I knew I had had enough of Verizon and was anxiously awaiting the end of 2006 when my contract was up so I could sign on with a new web host. I have N-70 Cell with Idea mobile network provider. I did life time recharge of Rs.495 on 6th Oct' 07. at 9.17 pm. on the same day i did value voucher of 147 at 9.50 pm to get low call rate facility. & on the same day i did recharge of Rs. 565. On that day my service of value voucher started bt after 1day it stoppedd. i gave compaint on the same day at 10 pm. i am doing constant follow up but my vaulr voucher service is not yet activated & i am not receving good communication from Idea call cetre. I have taken a broad band connection from hathway Baroda in july 07, connection was installed in Aug 07 though the payment was made in july, after installation it was observed that surfing was not happening in evening and night hours . problem continued for a month. I placed a layaway in the store on Oct 1, 2007 when Kmart started the $1 layaway and when I received my contract I told the sales person that I would not get paid on the exact payment due date she said oh they wont put it back for just a couple of days. So I have been paying on it every two weeks give or take a couple of days, because of the way that I get paid. The company took a cheque on the assurance of providing a broadband connection. The amount was debited from my account. Subsequently, they told that it will not be possible to provide the connection in my locality and they will be refunding the money. I recently charged my Reliance India acoount for $ 20. Instead of crediting $20. they credited me for $ 14 and sent me a movie gift coupon which I didn't requst. I called their customer service with no response, I also sent a written complaint with no action taken so far. All I want them to credit my account $ 6 and not to promote any products while I am recharging my account. I like to use Comet for my bathroom cleaning. I purchased a new product Comet soft cleanser with new spill proof cap. This product is so hard to use. You have to squeeze it from the middle to get to come out. You can not open the top to let some out. This product is to hard to use. I just got off the phone with Macy's Credit Customer service. I called because I had a perfectly proper $120 charge on my store card . My bill was due 2 days from today. Payment’s already processing at my bank so they will receive payment on time (like they usually do). But get this – they actually posted a $2.15 finance charge to the account, even though it was not yet past the due date.. On 5th May 2007 , I recharged my hutch mobile no. +91-98339 64161 through sms from my HDFC Savings Bank Account for Rs 450. I was selling an item, and my sister-in-law who lives in my house and uses my wireless network placed a couple of bids on my stuff (without my knowledge). Ordered flowers on the Guaranteed same day delivery etc. I ordered them in time and told them before 4pm. I got the confirmation etc. They did not deliver on Friday!!! Hi, I have a similar very bad experience with Agarwal Packers and Movers (DRS Group). http://www.agarwalpackers.com They damaged my new Fully Automatic washing machine and upon claim and repeated follow up gave me a very minimal amount. They have also damaged my new Fridge and Bed and i have to call separate people to get them repaired. I can understand the frustration where you pay all money in advance trusting that the goods are in responsible hands but they are real cheaters. I have discinnected the mobile no 9871724050 in nov'2006, the full and final settlement amount is Rs 1574.25 (Airtel to refund).I am n follow up with airtel since then, but every time they say, they have sent the cheque, but actually they have never sent as i have never received the refund cheque, also when i cal the customer care executives, they didnot attend the case properly and disconnects the call. I have had a horrible experience with that company PICTURE ME. On May 8, 2007 I brought my daughter to the studio in Avon mass to get pictures done in her first communion dress. We paid in full that day 169.00 for the packages that we ordered. On the first visit back the pictures were unentered and had a black strip going through them. I have never received such poor service as I did from gomow.com. I used them for their convenient billing option but soon found out that the owners focus on quantity not quality when it comes to providing lawn service. The men they hire to perform the lawn maintenance get paid $5/house and therefore do not do a good job. They come to your house and are there less than 5 minutes! When I called to complain the owner frankly didn't care and said he would talk to the guys.
