Customer Service
Worst experience ever! Photographers are not friendly. They dont call you by name eventhough they require you to provide everyones name. When they need you they say, "Psst!" They do not let you know when they are gonna snap the photo so everyone is looking everywhere except the camera. They just took our photos until I asked them can they let us know when she is gonna snap the Picture, cause my kids where looking away. Who wants a Pic of everyone looking away from the camera. Then they did not show us different packages or anything before asking us what we wanted to purchase. Hello, it would be nice to know how much the diffrent pictures cost. And i really wanted to buy pics of my kids by themsleves, but they where so unprofessional that i was just ready to leave. Oh and did i mention our Photos were crooked. Yes, the backdrop was not straight & there was a big gap showing in the top left corner & bottom right corner of the pictures. She had to zoom in extra close in order for the gaps not to show. We had a leaning Christmas tree. We tried to tell her while she was snapping photos that the props & back drop was not straight. I will never go back to PictureMe, i will return to Olan Mills, where they no how to take pics, and they are more friendly & professional, and the quality of pictures are extremly better.

Date-07/15/2010 Trans#-3533007808 session# 102919 Salesrep-Melissa Payamount-$96.74/debit. After taking photos i sat with sales rep and asked what the cheapist option was purchasing photos. She stated $90. I again asked if that was cheapist option. she stated yes and proceeded to tell me what the picture package included.(club card, picture cd, and photos) i then purchased the $90 pkg she std was the cheapist. (it is my sons one month old pictures) I then returned home and viewed their website excited to view the pics online. to my surprise their cheapist running special was $4.99 for 30 photos! I called the studio and expressed how I felt I was lied to and how I wanted to cancel my order and recieve my money back. She std I must call the 800#. so i called the 800# and they std that she was able to do it for me. as i explained to the rep on the 800# my complaints she stated that i wld have to take it up with the district man- Lisa(). After calling and calling I finally spoke with her on 07/20/2010. i explained my list of complaints from the amount i was charged (due to being lied to)to the professionalism as well as the lack of pictures (and pic quality) that were on the cd disk. the website states the cd will come with all pics from session(21). i recieved only half(12). at the end of convrstion she stated that she would find out how my debit card could be credited. i asked her to please call me back to follow up on how ths would be done. another manager (holly ) called me from another store not to long after- explaining how i could then return to the purchasing store with the card the pictures were charged to, id, and reciept( my mother purchased pics so she would be the one returning to recieve refund) to be credited for the picture pkg i purchased as a result of being lied to. not even an hour later lisa(district man) called me again and told me that she would NOT refund my money because i had recieved the pic cd. i explained to her that i told her and all the 800# reps that i had the pic cd. if she had listened to me on the phone as i was stating my complaint as well as looked in my calling account she would have know that. again- i stated this many different times to many different people that i not only had the cd but it did not come with all the pics like the website states! *so basically she stated that they WOULD return my money- then she stated she would NOT in two different phone calls!*- after that i then asked for her managers name and number- she stated that she would not give it to me that i again had to call the 800 # for that info. i called the 800 # to get the info- they will not give it to me! All i want is my money back for being lied to. I asked the woman at least twice what her cheapist package was- she lied! now because i recieved a pic cd (that they burned and gave to me)at time of purchase they will not refund my money. i only accepted the cd b/c i was told it came with the package. i have been told several different prices and several different stories. i have spent, at this time, four days on hold and on the phone with the 800#. i told the manager i would give her back the cd, the picture club card and i wanted her to cancel the order. the manager and sales associate were rude and short. this is the main complaint! i have others- i asked for white and black background- they took 4 in black (out of 21 pictures) i had to remind them i wanted the black. they did not attempt to cross the hands or feet of my son (i had to do it) so his pictures are mostly of him laying there. the angles are horrible- i was told i purchased a $90 package- i was charged seperatly for the cd, pic club card, and pics on reciept that equaled $90. there are more complaints and details that i do not have enough room to write about. they are the ones that lied and decieved me into buying something i did not want dollar wise but had to have for keepsakes( my sons one month old pictures)

poor pics
I went to get my daughters pics at picture me studios. I have 2 daughters one who was 2 and one who was 1 week old. We get there and wait about an hour after our appt. time (they were taking care of some walk-ins who showed up the same time we did). So needless to say we has a restless child and a now sleeping child. We finally get in and take some wonderful shots... or so we thought. We wait the 2 weeks and go to pick up the pics only to see that every picture was blurry... the person who took the photos was extreemly appologetic and offered for us to come in a retake the photos... so we make our appt and come back two days later. We take some more beautiful photos, and wait another two weeks. When we got there to pick up our photos I started to do what any mother would do and open them to make sure they were right. The person there asked me to not do it there in the store and just call if I had any problems... ding ding ding... alarms went off. I opened them up anyway only to see that half of my face was in the photo of my youngest from holding her up in the photo, and the pics of my 2 year old were blurry AGAIN. I was pissed by that point. I called customer service and waited what seemed like forever on hold. When someone finally came to the line I was so angry I was about to cry. The rep on the other end of the call had to listen to me yell and scream for a minute and finally got a word in... she offered for us to get a refund, come back again for a third time, and offered to give us the largest package with the cd free of charge... That made me alot happier, until I told the person there about her offer ( while I was still on the phone) she told me that the studio could not uphold that offer and the csr could contact another studio to uphold her deal. Next thing I know the phone in the studio was ringing and I was on hold. The photographer starts starts yelling and I quote " You are such a dumbass why would you offer these people anything, they have come back twice and want to do nothing but complain about their pictures. If they want to be that picky they can go somewhere fu*@#ng else." All of this in front of my 2 year old. By that point I was so angry I had my husband take my children to the car because I knew it was about to get ugly. I patiently waited for the csr to come back to the line and asked her to call another studio to set up her deal. While I was on hold I completely lost it. I started to tell the person there who she was who she wasn't and where she could stuff the photos. I guess I was yelling kind of loud because the manager of Wal-Mart came over to see what the problem was. I explained the situation and he told me he could not believe what was going on and asked the photographer to step aside with him so he could figure this out. In the mean time I was still on hold with customer service. The person finally came back on the line and I explained what was going on. She asked me to please hold again and the phone in the studio started to ring. The photographer took the time to answer the phone and said wait one moment he is right here and handed the phone to the manager. All I could hear were a bunch of yes ma'ams and thank you's. Finally the csr came back to me appologized and said the manager of walmart was going to handle the situation. She also let me know which studio and what time my next appt. was. The manager came over tail tucked and started to give me an appology. A few days later I went and took some awesome photos and had no problems from the other studio. After picking up my photos a few days later I got a written appology from picture me and in the letter it stated that the employee was no longer working with the company.

4.99/7.99 Package Scam!
Okay... this 4.99 Monday- Thursday (32 sheets) and 7.99 Friday-Sunday (30 sheets) is just a scam and a way to get you into their studio. To get your "32" or "30" sheets of photos, it’s the FIRST SHOT/FIRST POSE ONLY.
Did they forget to mention that to you?
Or DID they mention that to you but failed to inform you that they have no intensions on selling you JUST that pose?
They are pushy... they need to make their sales average for the day. They figure selling this "unheard of" package is PERFECT in regards to raping you of your money.
ALSO, this "4.99" and "7.99" package consists of just a normal photo. You need to pay extra for enhancements. And trust me... being the slick photographers that they are, they will make SURE that there is something about that first shot/pose that you don't like... Want to know why? So they can sell you the other remaining 10 beautiful portraits they took of your child so wonderfully.
And you CAN’T nor will you be able to choose one of those 10 beautiful portraits for your "4.99" or "7.99" package.
Its first pose/first shot only... Remember?
Ending:
You walk out pissed the hell off with no receipt of photos purchased because you trusted that it wasn't a scam, or you walk out pissed the hell off because you spent $200.00 - $300.00 dollars on photos when you're intensions were to spend NOTHING!
Let me guess…. They offered you the option of putting “Half Down Now” on the $300.00 purchase you made? They still got you right where they wanted you…..

Poor customer service
On Friday February 12, 2010 I had scheduled an appointment online for Saturday February 13, 2010 @ 7:00pm. When I got to the portrait studio I noticed that they were closed and the representative was standing there counting down her drawer. It took her about 2 min to actually look up and see what it was that I wanted When I told her that I had an appointment at 7 she said that I had a 10 minute grace period which I did get there before my grace peiod expired. I also informed her that I had called while I was on my way to inform them that there had been a situation and that I would be a few minutes late and no one answered the phone so I had left them a message, which noone returned. I then asked her to call her manager and she was unable to contact them. The representative was rude and very unprofessional. I then asked her to give me her bosses phone number and she did. I then called her boss, who of course had her phone off and did not return my call until Monday February 15, 2010 while I was at work and unable to answer the call. She left a message that stated that she would call me again later on in the day if not the next day. What kind of professionalism is that from someone who is the manager as well as someone who handles the general public?

Padding Sales
I went into Wal-Mart and got my daughters graduation pictures done at this location in Batesville. Upon having a lot of problems with the manager there I purchaced my photos via phone and had them shipped to my house. I phoned back to see if by chance they still had me in the computer because I needed a few more photos at that time I was told that there was a package of pictures of my daughter in their store I asked why did they have all those extra photos the young lady said I had ordered them and then cancelled my order that is not true I ordered and paid for (at the time) of order all the photos I thought I needed. I don't appreciate my daughter photographs being stored away in someones lock box that I had never even purchased. That seems to me that the orginal person who took the pictures lied and ordered the phots then said I cancelled them whick that never happened I made one purchase and paid at the time of purchase then reordered and paid a 10.00 fee for reorder why should I pay a 10.00 fee to reorder when you had them laying around already. Just be aware you don't know who has your kids pics on file

Photos session
I had an appointment at 10:30 am. The studio opened at 10am and so I arrived early. The attendant did not show up unitl 10:15am. Thank goodness the other customers did not show up for their appt. My christmas photo session took less than 3o minutes and the attendant did not show me all the photos. She told me the sheets were $9.99. I started selecting sheets and when I went to go pay for them she told me that the last two were $19.99 since they had enhancements. She did not show me the photos without the enhancements nor did she advise me that they were going to cost me $10 more. I also purchased the $3.99 Christmas special which had a free session fee and then she charged me for a session fee. I tried calling the 1-888 # to complain but I was left on hold for 11minutes so I hung up. I definitely do not recommend.

employee rudeness and lack of concideration
I wanted to take my 15 month old son's pictures so i walked into the studio at 12pm and was told i had to wait so i said o.k. after seeing two other customers with teenage children go before me, and waiting two hours my son starting to cry the two employees avoiding me, whispering to each other and hand gesturing to other customers to go towards the photo studio so i wouldn't know who they were calling. finally when i was called my son fell asleep on my shoulder and i told her it was too late it could not be done, the employee proceeded to say she could make the appointment for me for the next day i agreed and was given a 10:45 appt. Next day when i came in at my appt. time i was told it would be an hour wait, after two days of tryng to plan pictures around lunch and nap time you can understand my frustration. finally when it was our turn for pictures 5 poses were taken and my son could stand anymore he was hungry and tired, sherri the employee taking the pictures told me she couldn't save what was done because she would get introuble and was graded on her photos. I was very upset and asked her to call her supervisor, she did, after fabricating her own version of what happened, I asked to speak with her supervisor, told her this was the second time I had been through this and had to wait four hours combined, the supervisor was also very difficult but finally agreed to let me purchase the pictures that were taken. I will never recommend this studio to anyone ever. I will be more careful with this company(Picture Me Studios) in the future for any of my family photos needs. Studio#13527, Employee Sherri

Bad service
We had decided to get our daughters pictures made at walmart, so I decided to call to make an appointment and had to call 4 times no one answered until the 4th call. So when I asked for prices the employee told me that she had no idea and to check the web site. So I did and had to tell her what the prices were and the specials. So we decided to go anyway when we got there the employee told us there would be a 45 minute wait, So we left. Then one week later we decided to go back . the employee was so unexperienced it was AWFUL. I thought the employee were supposed to have some sort of experience or at least training. Bottom line we won't be back ever!!!
