When I ordered Vontage Phone service, I was told that if there was any problem in hooking it up properly, they could send a representative out to hook it up for me. From the day we started using it callers complained of a terrible clicking noise that made conversations extremely unpleasant or even impossible at times. I called the company's technical support line on several occasions but the problem was not resolved. I called today and requested that a service person be sent to fix the problem and was told that there are no service persons in this area and one cannot be sent. As far as I am concerned this is consumer fraud. I was given no other options for correcting the problem. The company reps I talked to pretty much blew me off. When I tried to get the corporate number, I found that there is not one. The corporate number is the billing office. I asked for the name of the company president and the reps either could not or would not give it to me. I got suckered. I got a phone I cannot use and am just out the money I spent.

We are having a real bad problem , when we call out or recieve calls there is like a 3 second delay .Is there anything that can be done to fix the problem
