I lost my phone. I asked the Reliance customer care to block the out going calls. I have given my passport as proof. I have read out the address present on my passport but the customer care personal said the address is not getting matched with what i have given. I ordered a Canon SD850 camera, listed on their site for $243. I got an email back telling me to call them to complete the order. When I called, they told me that I had ordered a "foreign version" with menus in Japanese, a limited-use battery, and an incomplete warranty. They generously offered to provide me with a "US version" of the camera for $289. I went into the KMart store on December 26, and the return line and the two register lines were somewhat busy. I went up to the service desk twice (waiting approximately 20-30 minutes each time) to ask for assistance in the Christmas trees. This is the biggest ripoff with no way of contacting anyone when you have a problem. All it does is point you to free websites that you could have accessed on your own. McAfee Site Advisor warned me on this, but I did not pay attention. Now I am $29.95 poorer and still did not find the genealogy information I was promised. I've purchased 3 electric "warming" blankets since January or February of this year. I have listed them above. Honestly, none of them worked over six weeks (if that long). My dish went out and I had to wait a week for an appt. The appt is form 12 to 4. I get a call at 859 am that they want to come in. When I tell them I have at 12-4 appt they say I had two appts.
