A person by the name of Angel called me offering to help me rebuild my credit with the purchase of their credit card. They would debit my bank account (the call was on 2/27/08) on 3/7/08 and 3/14/08 $125 each for a total of $250, and in return they would issue me their credit card with an available balance of $2500 with no apr. Like a fool -- I gave them my name, address, birthday, social security number, and account info to my checking account. Have an Orange Wanadoo account. Fine until I bought new computer and installed Vista Home Premium. Now when I log in, it click and goes back to log in menu again. No invalid messages. I recently moved to Alaska (August 07) and my cellphone started roaming. I immediately contacted Sprint to make sure that I was covered under my "Fair and Flexible" plan. I had Gotsky Wildblue Internet service installed in October 2007. First they shipped the equipment which never arrived. I think it is very unfair if a person pays their bill all the time and they are late one time and you drop the amount of calls to four calls. I can see if the customer is continually late, but if they are paid up-to-date, than their calls should be reinstated. Especially, when you sent the customer a letter stating that you are giving everyone a $100.00 limit. Then you say that is not in effect and you do not notify your customer. I had a trip booked on united vacations and wanted to change my return flight. The flight was booked on a united flight serviced by US Air, I wanted to change the flight to a US air flight serviced on another day. Quantumtone did not honor their 15-day money back guarantee. I was trying to find Adobe Acrobat Reader and the search led me to this site. They were asking $13 and change to download the program. After I did the credit card info and downloaded the product, I found that I had downloaded some product that I have no knowledge of and do not know how to work, if it works at all. It is NOT Adobe Acrobat Reader. There is also some kind of business suite 30 day trial that I have no use for. They charged my credit card $72. I have not been able to uninstall the business suite. Just one more person who has been duped by this company. We installed this service a week ago. It cost us over $500.00 for equipment, a pole and installation.
