I signed up 11/10/2008 and have not received my sign up kit and want to know why I have not received

On, April 3, 08, I was sent an email message from Ms. Stevens regarding working from home processing rebates. I paid 197.00 and was never told of a free trial bases date until they received payment and they would not accept my application when I tried to enter it. A week later I got a call from them and I told them to cancel it and to refund my money back into my account. They tried to offer me a different assignment which I declined. Another representative called me about a month and a half later regarding my cancellation after numerous e-mail were sent to them by me regarding further action I was going to take to get this money back, he said he'd take care of it, I never heard a word from them to the present time, since we last spoke to them. I also e-mailed/spoke to a representative from eSellerate online payments which Process at Home uses to process payments. I was told to e-mail Ms. Stevens and neither Ms. Stevens/representatives returns any of my calls/emails. On the credit card statement it states transaction from "ES *PROCESS AT HOME' order # ST71502156 and Process at Home item #SKU01916409520. The payment statement email address is esellerate.net
