When the installer came to set the service up, I should have known there was a problem. He said you call the company and you can wait on hold for over 30 minutes... My boss came to town and he logged onto dial-up and I used WildBlue. Guess which one won? Dial-up. He told me to get rid of it. I wrote to the "Customer Service" department on their website and received a response that said a "dedicated Customer Service representative would get back with me normally within 48 hours." Two weeks later and still no response. I called Crystal at WildBlue. She told me I would need to pay the remaining 2 months, so I said don't cancel it, just let it run out in mid-May. She said ok.

Now, they have canceled the service and I spent 54 minutes on hold only to be told the service was canceled (no offer to get it reinstated even though I am still paying). I called Quentin (Tech Support) to get it taken care of. Transferred to Billing, but after 20 minutes on hold not hearing anything. I hung up.

Now I have been on hold for 36 minutes... no response. My suggestion is... DON'T USE THIS SERVICE!!! Use dial-up.
