Horrible Service
We made an appointment for a 6pm photo session for my wife's pregnancy picutres - got there on time. The photographer saw us enter but never acknowledged. Apparently her previous client was in for a newborn photo session and were running late. She never came out and informed us that it will be a little longer as they were dealing with a baby. Finally after 45 mins she comes out and says that it will be about 15 mins more. We have by now already waited for an hour sitting in the uncomfortable chair (my wife was 8 months pregnant at that time).
The photographer was busy upselling to the clinents when I interupted her to ask how much longer. She again said 15 mins max.

Finally after 1.5 hours of waiting she comes out and did not even apologize for the delay.

That will be our last visit to any picture me studion. They have a zero sense of customer service.

store policy
I went into the picture me studio to get my daughters pictures taken. She 15 months old so I just wanted to get the $4.99 package deal. Well because my sister went with me to get her daughters pictures taken they wouldn't give me that offer because they only offer one package per a family. Which I think is outrageous because we are both adult with our own family we just decided to go together. I have always got my daughter pictures done at walmart and I have always bought the platinum collection and the one time I just wanted the special offer I was refused. I think Walmart should change there policy. I can honestly say after buying 3 of the most expensive collections they have and now getting refused for the $4.99 one, that I will be going to JCPenny next time

Horrible Managed Studio
I will not be going back to the Picture Me studio in Bellevue, NE located in the Walmart store.. I had an appt at 10am and was told to come 10-15 min early and be ready to go.. I showed up at 9:30 no one was there, so we walked around the store till 9:45 so then I went back to the studio still no one there and still no lights on. I decided to go ahead and change my 3 yr old into her Easter Dress since they said 10-15 min to have them dressed and ready to go.. Well 10am passed by and still NO ONE THERE!!! Then at 10:10 I called the district managers number that was posted on the wall. Of course NO ANSWER.. So then about 10:30 I called the main 1800 number to finally after 15 more min. ( of being on hold) getting through. They said they would contact someone to take care of the problem and see what was going on. So now after my daughter has been in her Easter dress for about an hour, both of us sitting in a dark studio, I decided to get her back in her day clothes!!! Well my daughter gets all upset because she isnt getting her pics taken and having to take off her easter dress by this time her face and eyes are red from being upset her once curly hair is flat and messed up from changing back into her clothes I get a call back from the district manager saying that someone will be there in 10 min..

After I told her sitting in a dark studio for over an hour with an inpatient 3 yr old in an Easter dress then having to change back and not knowing what is going on I think there should be something else done so she offers me a free 8X10 which to me isnt much considering my daughter is upset, her hair is flat, It is over an hour since we arrived ON TIME... So she says she can give me 20% off not to mention that both of the offers are online as coupons so really she isnt offering me anything different then everyone else receives.. Then finally the person shows up to say she had called her manager at 8:30 to tell her that her car battery is dead and will be late so plenty enough time for the managers to figure something out that would prevent all the nonsense that my daughter and I went through.. I am very very disappointed in this business and I will not return to this studio nor will I ever suggest someone uses this poorly managed studio.. I think I should have been offered much more than the coupons that anyone can print online!!!

AVOID THIS STUDIO AT ALL COST!
I am a former "Loyal" customer, but this studio has gone to hell! There is no one left with a brain, let alone the imagination, and creativity to make the experience worth returning. There are NO props. Something this studio was FAMOUS for. There are NO PHOTOGRAPHERS, only trained monkeys who can push a button.

This is evidenced by the lack of lines/waiting at the beginning of their "Busy" season. That should've been my first hint. But it has been a while, and I figured what the hell, it's only $8.00.

What a complete and total WASTE of time! I refused to buy even the offered package at $8.00, and made it very clear that I would not be returning. This woman couldn't get ONE good picture of my son, who has been referred to as "Play Dough" by previous photographers. He will pose for anyone. Do anything. But this woman couldn't get ONE good pose?? After an hour of letting her fumble around, I finally gave up. My son was done.

Upon leaving, and giving this woman my opinion of Amherst Studio, I asked if there was any chance of Trish coming back? Or if she know how to contact her? At which point she got very angry, told me NO Trish would never be back as long as she was "DM" (which I later found out meant District Manager) and that is really to bad. I told this "DM" that I look forward to Wal-Mart placing a Dunkin Donuts in place of this studio, and wished her a nice day.

Seriously people, don't waste your time here. I can do better from my camera/computer at home.

poor cutom service
my husband and i went to picture me studio at butler wal-mart to get our granddaughters pictures.well needless to say they were not there and we were told to pick them up at 4-14 between 11and 1.the lady that was there could not tell us when they were gonna be there and did not even tried to call anyone to see when or were they were.this is the second time this had happened to us.i even tried to call the custom sevice number and got know where.it wont surprise me ne bit if you all get shut down by the bbb cause if you do good for you all.this is the worst studio i had ever delt with.when i go back to get my pictures on 4-15 they better be there and i better get some kind of discout or i will be asking for a refund back and it will be done before i leave.

rude service
i took my newborn son in to have his pictures made. i got a call about a week later to pick them up. when i went in to get them the ladie was so rude to me she kept helping other people that were behind me and told me to wait my turn ive used this studio in walmart for 10 years with my other children she told me that i could not even see the extra pics that the company had sent to see if i wanted to by them she talked to me so rude in front of my children and she made my daughter cry because she thought the ladie was not gona give her the pictures of her baby brother somthing has got to be done about rude people i will never use this studio ever again olanmills has better pictures better customer service and more choices.

pictures
I took both of my children to picture me studios in belmont, nc. They were very unprofessional, my children are very people friendly and happy, i have an 8 yr old and a 9 mnth old. The girl working there did not even try to get good pictures of my children, and my 9 mnth old doesnt really like to sit still (what 9 mnth old does) but she wanted up off the table and the girl taking the pictures said "when you get her to act right how about coming to get me" she was very rude to my children and to other family members that were with me. I have read other complaints on the picture me studios and I just believe that the photographers need to be more qualified befre hired because if you are going to work in a portrait studio you need to knw how to be kid friendly. I really dont appriciate the way my children were treated.

False website
Clerk was friendly however the moniter that is used to view the photos when taken was broken, so you had to quess and hope the picture came out ok. The room was a mess. Also on the reciept there is a spot that says tell us about your experience and get a freee offer visit www.tellpictureme.com this website does not exsist.

price, quality
Me and my sister in law have been getting our children's pictures done at our Walmart photo studio. NEVER AGAIN will we get their pictures done there. Our studio has been bought by Picture Me Studios. The prices have almost DOUBLED! You can no longer by the proofs, unless you buy the packages with all the photos, umm.. what is the point in buying the proofs then? I will already have all the pictures, why would I need the proofs too??? They no longer work with the pictures. It was an absolutely HORRIBLE experience the last two times we have both been there. So unless they go back to the lower prices that were so much more worth the quality, we will NEVER go back!

Do not go here
I have went to this studio in the past with my first son. I got his pictures taken every month for the first year, and doing the same with my second son. I have really no family to send the pictures to. I get them for my on enjoyment. Today I got some done and was told that I had to buy a pose to get a free 8x10 (I have a smile card) In the past 3 years I have never had to do this. I have always got a free one. That is the reason I got the card. My husband works for walmart so I get a 20 percent discount with out the card. The card only gives you 10 percent. The lady was very rude about telling me how the card worked and that for the 3 years I have had it people were doing it wrong. That is why they don't work there anymore. I doubt that is why they don't work there after reading all the I hate my job complaints I found in Google search. I will be going to Sears or Owen Mills from now on.
