Not delivered
I wish I had read these complaints before I ordered from here. I ordered flowers for my Aunts Funeral and had a special angel inserted for a special 15 year old that was hurting. I wanted her to have the angel for a keepsake. I was unable to attend the funeral as it was in another town. Since she never mentioned getting them I finally asked her and found out they were never delivered. After reading this I'm glad because I probably would have been more embarrased by the condition of the flowers. I was told it was a miscommunication and did receive my money back but it's not like they are going to redo the funeral. DON"T EVER USE THIS PLACE.

Beware
I ordered and received flowers for my wife's birthday this past April. I purchased a near $100 flower arrangement from their website and received an arrangement that was embarrasingly tiny and looked liked a $19.99 arrangement at best, from your corner grocery. I emailed the company to express my dissatisfaction but never even received a response.
I hope that others will read these complaints and avoid this company and no longer allow them to continue cheating customers.This was my wife's 62 birthday and we live on a fixed income to boot ...so this was particularly hurtful.

Fraud
This company is an order-gatherer.
They tried to send our flower store a $30 order including delivery and taxes.
Basically they scammed 60% on the order from the customer.
Florists need to stop taking orders from crooks like these. By taking their orders we are killing our own industry.
Put these crooks and others like them out of business by finding local florists and ordering directly.

No customer service
I ordered online for Valentine's Day for my MIL. I picked for the delivery date to be 2-11-2011. I paid the extra fee. I have called them for the past 2 days to make sure that they would be delivered and to check on my order. I left 4 messages and one email has been sent. No one has returned my phone call or tried to contact me. the only way I knew that they had been delivered to here LATE was my MIL called to let me know! I was very disappointed!
She received bad news and we were hoping to cheer up with a little special delivery for the Valentine Weekend! Thanks for ruining it for us!!

Joke service
Similar to many people who have posted regarding Wesley Berry Flowers, I had a terrible experience, both with delivery AND customer service. I ordered flowers in the middle of the day and received a confirmation email that they would be delivered the same day. After telling my wife to stay where she was for HOURS, telling her "A special surprise is coming, " the flowers never arrived. When I called the next day to ask for my money back, I was granted neither a refund, nor a free bouquet. I found the customer service reps to be misinformed, under-qualified, and unapologetic.

Run far away
I am a happy person. I hate confrontation. I went into this experience assuming the best. Ordered flowers for anniversary around noon. They did not place my order until the end of the business day. Consequently flowers were delivered nearly 2 days late and dying from heat exposure. The real upset comes when you cannot contact Wesley Berry directly. They took money from my account and would not return it or answer my calls or emails. It wasn't until I filed a complaint with my bank and Better Business Bureau that they agreed to refund my purchase. I'm still awaiting that transaction. Run away from Wesley Berry. Run like hell!

Sucks
Ordered flowers for delivery. Got email confirmation of order on morning of delivery. However, flowers were never delivered, and I was never notified. When I called they gave me an excuse that a funeral prevented my order from being delivered, and they wouldn't be able to deliver until tomorrow. This delivery was for a MONDAY! Had I known my flowers were not going to make it on the day I needed them, I would have ordered from another vendor. They are horrible and their customer service reps are rude and not helpful. Avoid this company like the plague or be prepared to be disappointed.

Not Delivered
I ordered a flower arrangement for my brother in laws funeral. I ordered them on 5/12/11 to be delivered to the church on 5/16/11 before the 10 am service. I was assured that the flowers would be delivered before the service. THEY WERE NOT DELIVERED AT ALL!!!
When I call to find out what happened I was told the delivery person delivered them at 6:45pm...
The flowers were NEVER DELIVERED and I cannot get a person ( I talked to 4 of them on 5/17/11)
to find out what happen and to get a refund or even an answer. Worst customer service I have ever
done business with. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY EVER!!!

Mother's Day arrangement
My son send roses for Mother's Day and I received wilted tulips. I have just emailed Wesley Berry Flowers asking for an interview. Although I now work for the government, I had an eight-year career with the local newspaper as crime reporter and Managing Editor. I copied both the publisher of the newspaper and the Sheriff's Department's PIO. In the email, I explained that I'm working on a story about the numerous complaints not only on this site, but other sites as well. Disgusted
I am absolutely disgusted with their service. I ordered flowers but then canceled the order literally 10 minutes after. I talked to a woman and she confirmed my cancellation so of course I thought it went through right? In 2 days, I receive a text from my boss saying thank you for the flowers... whaat???
First of all, I had ordered the flowers to be SAME DAY delivery on Monday but they arrived on Wednesday. What the heck?? Also, I already canceled the order!
Then they say please to call back in 24 hours. Then another 24 hours. Then 48 hours. Then they say they're SOOOOOO busy that they need the weekend to review ALL the calls. Of course, I'm the only one calling back. So I call on Monday and they have not "gotten to my call" yet, even though I provided the time & date. I just got off the phone with them (Tuesday) and they are giving me the same story. I seriously think they are shirking my calls and hoping that I'll just forget everything.
What a load of BS. I told the girl, Kerry (since apparently their names are so freaking important) to tell Wanda the "manager" to give me a call. GIVE. ME. MY. CALL. Also, I told her that I will be calling twice a day, EVERY DAY until someone "reviews my call" so that I can get my order refunded. OH IT IS ON. It's not even about my money anymore, it's about principle and horrible business conduct.
Funny thing too, I mentioned in an email that they had such bad reviews and their response was "well of course, only the BAD reviews get placed online." O REALLY? What about all of the 4-5 star reviews on Yelp? Do they not matter? What a dumb response. That's exactly how a vendor would respond to their horrible reviews. How about let's try to FIX the actual business and not make excuses and lie??
It's been 2 weeks and I've called every single day, talking to Mike O. Kerry, Melissa, Wanda and Katie. (OH YES, I took everyone's names after that.) They said that I never called (OH REALLY. I DID ALL THIS BECAUSE I'M LYING?) and that nothing can happen.
They offer you a $30 credit for your "next purcahse" and I just laugh. You guys are disgusting. I talked to the "highest" person in charge who can't budge. The next higher person up is Wesley himself.
