I recently noticed yesterday that I had a 139.95 dollar debit from my checking account that was never authorized by me nor did I recive a card. It was debited on a friday morning, but my bank was not able to retrieve were it came from till today. I called the # 1800-331-7020 and the office was closed. I had purchased the Europro Sharkvac Pursuit upright vacuum on the Home Shopping Network in December 2008. Initially it appeared to be comprehensive product that would be good for the downstairs non-carpeted areas but after operating it for 1-2 per WEEK for 20-30 minutes the system is LOADED with problems.. Despite cleaning the filter and dustbag out EVERY time the vacuum overheats after 10 minutes of operation and shutdown, the base of the rugbeater is continually getting disrupted and falling off. This is about a shop in So Texas that overhauls aircraft engines, paints and refurbishes aircraft interiors. I spent $21000 there, and have had numerous problems. I have sent 6 emails to the owner, Bruce McWhorter, complete with vivid photographs detailing shortcomings with work that his shop has performed. I cant even get the courtsey of a reply from him. He has been paid in full, and seems to have the attitude of "if you want satisfaction, then hire a lawyer." Tough to do from 1500 mi away. I hired Authorized Mover to move me from NY to Alabama they told me it would only take 4 days. One month later an many many phone calls I finally recieved my possesions damaged no less damaged. placed an order for a log splitter on www.omegastores.com. The only way to place an order is to give them your checking account routing number. DO NOT DO THIS. They quoted a price of $439.99, but withdrew $649.99 from my account. I never received the product, and the only way to communicate with this company is through an AOL e-Mail account. They will provide a UPS Tracking number but never actually ship the product. I have had to file a police report, a Bank Fraud Report, and change my checking account. Indicates that Visioneer scanners suffer from a problem that noticably slows down computers. It further states that the problem is driver-related and correctable by the authors of the drivers. This internet-based company sells cell phones and Nextel-Sprint plans and is located in IL. They offered a $100. per phone rebate, I ordered 2 phones. I wish to air my issues on the so called Tradesman Phones, we have 3 and after 6 months had not been happy with the battery life, covers and irregular miscalls due to not hearing the the ring tones. Gerber Toilets have a weak flush and clog easily I have six Gerber 1.6 gpf toilets and they all work the same. Terrible! All six require multiple flushes to clear the bowl and if you use any toilet paper, better hold the flush lever 8 to 10 seconds. This is definitely NOT a flush and forget. One of the six clogs more often than the others, even when holding the flush lever down, and I'm half tempted to rip two of them off the floor and check for manufacturing differences.
