From my local Best Buy in July of 2008. The first time I used it, I was amazed at how well it cleaned! The carpets in my rented home never looked so good, not even when we first moved in. I am about to permanently dump iPayment and 1st National Processing because of poor customer service regarding chargebacks and risk management. They are holding $1367 of my batch funds with no interest for 2 months and they did so without bothering to inform me. When I inquired I found their reasons were bogus and faulty and they still have not bothered to apologize. I also have lost $600 because of 1st National's inability to deal with a bogus chargeback which the customer told his bank he was no longer contesting. I live in a basement apartment. My landlords live upstairs and supply cable tv for the whole house. When I explained to Adelphia that I wanted cable internet connection they said it was no problem to send out two separate bills. Mine consisting of 29.95 for internet only. They have a 120 volt current carrying power cord duct taped to the floor to power a display near the customer service area.
