Hughesnet has an implemented Fair Access Policy (FAP) that when triggered will slow your speeds that YOU PAY FOR down to close to around 56k uplink speed. That means on their Home plan, you're paying $60/month for a certain speed but you're getting less that what you paid for. The worst thing about it is that in their FAQ (frequently asked questions) board, they suggest "upgrading" your service, which is about $15-20 for the next level of service, for only a minor increase in the download bandwidth. I was contacted by Don Gillette who offered a solution to our mortgage problems. I would just like to file a complaint about musoticawear.com, an internet merchant. This merchant showed absolutely no sign of customer service. My emails have gone unanswered and customer service offers no answer to the problem but to wait? The rebates were supposed to be sent six to 8 weeks after purchase and sending in of rebates. Now, four months later, there is still no rebates and a total lack of any support from Tiger Direct. My complaint is about the Vauxhall Astra LPG system in general. There is a common fault in the Autogas system and not even the reputable Hartwells (Vauxhall) garage at Sheffield could diagnose it for me. If the main agents fail then what can you do? According to other complaints, the company is located in Canada. Buyer Beware!!! This has got to be the worst vacuum on the market. I have used this item three times only!! The suction can barely pick up anything heavier than dust balls on a bare floor – The rug beater does only that – beat the rug! You have to repeatedly go over the same area in order to clean.
