	Bob April 9, 2009 No product, no response. On December 15, 2008 I placed an order for a kinetic flashlight from SavonTV.com. They have charged my credit card but the item has never been shipped. I have emailed them three times and they have not responded. There is no telephone number or address by which to try to contact them.
