This company provides managed "care" prescription drug services to members. They require the use of a mail order service for any prescription used long term. The customer mails the paper prescription from the doctor, then awaits the appearance of the medication. The medication prescribed for me was on the Medco formulary at a premium price. Norfolk Financial Corp had a judgement against me, two weeks before christmas they took my car. They then held my car for over four weeks, (by law they have 14 days to sell) they got $1000. for my 2001 dodge with 31000. miles on it!! I begged them for a payment arrangement I was told no. I had work done to a supply hose under my kitchen sink. After the job was done there was a leak coming from the garbage disposal attachment. I purchased a DR250 exact replacement drum from Computer Friends - All Toner. When the cartridge arrived I opened up the well packed box and everything looked fine. I replaced the cartridge, as I have done many time before, and turned on the machine. As soon as the machine started the plastic "first sheet" from the cartridge got stuck in the printer. Their printed Terms and Conditions state seller will be paid "within 14 days of receiving the selling price". I placed several items with them on 12-26-2007. Bought 3 pieces over a period of time, always having to move up in price with the promise of 18% or more within 6 months. At last I told the broker when he sent me a check for the trade in amount I would buy the nest piece. I received our AT & T bill with a 19.99 charge from member's edge. When I called the company they said I signed up for a voice mail service. When I said I didn't they tried to tell me my husband did it. But the info they gave was all wrong. It wasn't the birthday, email address, and mothers maiden name. I’ve not only had a bad experience but an expensive one with Coker Flooring Co (since 1946). I spent $10, 000 on real hardwood flooring just 4 years ago from the location in Rockwall, Tx.
