Foreclosuresdaily.com had a pretty sweet sounding affiliate program, paying up to 50% their expensive service, I sold an order through them back in Nov 2007. I never got a penny, this is an over $300 commission I am owed. Recently I had a bizarre, borderline-violent interaction with an employee and the owner of Park Opticians in University Heights, Ohio. I went to Park Opticians on Dec. 2 to check out eyeglasses. I found three frames that I liked, and asked for information about them. The customer service worker refused to give me the model numbers. Dave Spiggle of Lane Productions entered into written contract with Wayne Birkhimer to book the band Tease 5 shows in a period of 90 days. Only 1 booking took place. A request for the $500 deposit was made on July 4th when the 90 days expired and agreed upon by both parties. No refund was given. Many attempt have been made to get a refund and all attempts have failed. Mr. Spiggle was given 2 months to satisfy this debt or be sued. After many broken promises to pay Mr. Spiggle was sued in Franklin County Civil Court on 09-10-09 and lost. He has made no attempt to satisfy the court order. read full review »

My husband entered a drawing at a home show for a truck. That's how this company got our information. Then they contacted us and promised 8 free movie tickets for allowing them into our home to perform a water test. The salesman was in our home for a couple of hours. As others have said, he claimed he did not have the free gift movie tickets with him but promised they would come in the mail. It's been a couple of months. The movie tickets have not arrived. This company has been very unpleasant. We signed up for oil and then agreed to their service plan. Our oil furnace was not working. They sent someone out to fix it. Someone showed up early in the morning. He knocked and then left without even giving me a chance to get to the door. I went to both doors of the house looking for this person. when the delivery men brought my refrigerator, they didn't remove a couple screws and they damaged my kitchen floor. well accidents happen. that was in oct/09. i was suppose to get a check when i settled in 7 days. this was around thanksgiving. no check, when i called they said i needed to send the release paper again, i did immediately, the lady said i should have the check in about 5 days. 2 more wks roll around no check. i am fed up. no one ever backs up what they say. what happened to a company's word is their bond. read full review »

Do not use this moving company! They delivered my furniture 4 days late, but did not have all my things and had to come back 2 weeks later with the rest of the goods. They also lost several boxes and my son's trombone. Even though I bought extra insurance they claim they don't have any record of anything lost. No refunds given. After seeing advertisments for Sleep Outfitters we decided to purchase 2 mattresses from one of their stores 4 months ago...we have tried for 1 month to get someone to come inspect our mattress. Visually it is higher on the right hand corner than the middle or even the other side. It did not sleep well and we rolled to the middle. It is terribly uncomfortable. I went to my local Londis shop as I often try to promote local businesses by using their services. I had gone to buy 40 stamps for christmas cards which I wanted to send out within the city and I needed to send 2 air mail stamps for cards being sent abroad. The woman weighed and gave me the correct stamps for the cards being sent abroad. I knew stamps prices were being raised but I was shocked I was charged £17.50 for 40 second class stamps. After being lied to twice about their service and the price. I cancelled service before it was set up only to be billed for their mistake. I received absolutely no service from them, yet have been turned in for debt collection because of their mistake. I have now spent over 4 hours on the phone with them only to have to wait for them to review this mistake in order to deal with it. I would not recommend their services to anyone. I have never spoken to more incompetent people who can not do anything to help you and do not know what their services provide or the price to charge for them. read full review »

Just like the complaint below, I have orered a card for a birthday 15 days prior to the date and never received it. Don't believe the generic reply Kodak send that they sent another one and the postal service lost it. They must be trained to send such a lame response. I ordered fabric from Jo-Ann via amazon.com and three weeks later, with no contact between then, they cancelled/refunded the fabric and claimed it was "out of stock". Lo and behold, it is in stock, but for a higher price. That is completely illegal, aka bait and switch. I had bought 12 yards of fabric for 1.99/yd, and it shows in stock now for 5.99/yd. Beware of SEO’s from India. Most of them will waste precious time and will do nothing. They request money in advance and sometimes if you bargain hard enough they let you go away with 30% down payment. They usually deliver nothing or something what is far away from quality SEO. I was not satisfied with the work they did and upon them not fixing the problem, I filed a comlpaint. After doing so, Sajid Hussain, who works at the company, posted my personal information including full name, address, and number, which was obtained from an order I placed, on a third party site in violation of privacy policy. When I contacted them about it, first they said they did not know what I was talking about and then after finally acknowledging what they did, they basically told me to take it up with the site they posted my information in. I was promised a trouble free experience, 1 year/100, 000 mile warranty, and a healthy gas mileage improvement over my old engine. TIMN estimated that they would deliver our things in 9 weeks. We finally received everything 17 weeks later. Almost all our furniture and pictures were damaged. Throughout the process they failed to answer our questions or communicate honestly. Even though we bought insurance and have filed a claim for our damaged goods, they will not honor it. Purchased a blackberry phone on 9/18/09 and returned the phone the following day. I was told I would receive refund 3 to 5 business days..To date I have yet to receive 160.49. Everytime I call someone will call me back and I am just getting the run around. Customer Service is terrible and they openly show there lack of concern and care for there customers. On multiple occassions myself and several of my coworkers have parked in the public parking lot owned by Central Parking Systems at 22nd and Stout in Denver. On over 15 occassions the lot attendant ticketed my vehicle when I had placed payment in the payment slot. Since no receipt is given, either the lot attendant pockets the cash and writes a ticket or submits the payment to Central Parking and still writes a ticket.
