every time we try to use our Master card to book flights it is rejected because of the way our card is we have 3 with different names on because that is what we were told we needed to do even though they are the same number we have tried 1000 times to straighten it out with the brach here to no avail we are looking at changing banking places just because of this reason before we had to get our personal names on we were fine. Hughes will say anything to sell, the system is perfect for gamming, downloading video and music, 1.5 gbps download speed and a 100$ rebate which covers the cost of instalation, . AT&T DSL SUCKS After ordering ATT Dsl service the connectivity is absolutly horrible. (Complaied twice) Dsl was available in my area, (less than 2 miles from CentOffice) I have notices patterns of service outages for 6-8 hours. (no sync) I can never use the internet on Saturdays between 6pm-12am. I can seldomly use the internet on Sundays between 6pm-12am. Frequently the modem can't sync. On the 16th August 2009 a friend and I went to the London New ID studios for a gift experience day, photo shoot. The photo shoot was fine but after we were taken into a small room with the salesman who was extremely rude and very pushy. I purchased a cellphone, Old Faithful, from them. It would not connect to my network. After emails to Chinavasion, they state that it is the customer's responsibility to check frequency compatiblity. From the research that I have now done, the phone is NOT compatible in the United States as the standard for GSM in the U.S.A. is 1900 mHz. Unfortunately I am stuck. I applied for the Wimax internet package being offered by the company. The sales man informed me that there is no way to check if there is service in your area unless you pay and activate your service first. If there is no service I would get a full refund within 2 weeks. This was a lie, all salesmen have login accounts and they are required to make sure that they can provide the service before signing up customers. My company uses boats all of the time and now for 4 weekends on the run the Brittany Ferries boat has not sailed leaving my customers unhappy and the drivers having to find alternative methods of travel. why is it that the p&o ferry could sail using the same route but your boat was cancelled? I recently shipped a car via TexBiz Carries from Florida to Oregon and was less than pleased with their service. It started as a bid through Uship.com (which was a huge mistake) that was picked up by TexBiz. I had requested an enclosed trailer for a non-operational car. After registering with dreampro.com I received many phone calls and requested my order be cancelled many times only to find my debit card had been charged for $34.95 for something I didn't order. The phone numbers and web sites to cancel were of no use. I blocked my debit card to prevent any further charges. There also was a $77.83 international charge from Cancun!!! We spent $1755 on their "top of the line" Relaxation Response. We started out with the plush because I didn't want a pillowtop. We both woke up with terrible backaches. We went back to the store and he exchanged for a horrible pillowtop and we are heading back to the store today. We feel like we are trapped. They have our money and there's nothing we can do. We purchased a king size premier pillowtop mattress set and within a year had huge indentations mid-way. Plus it was causing back aches. Orbitz Customer service is horrible. I talked to 5 people up to the night supervisor. I booked a cruise with Orbitz on November 3rd, 2009. Had a family emergency and called for a refund on November 4th, 2009. I have not been through so much crap with any company like orbitz all my life. It was a nightmare trying to get my refund back. I forgot my cell phone when I went to Walmart in Riverside, CA so I called my daughter on her cell phone, which was actually in Riverside but it bills in Anaheim, CA which is about 25 miles away, to check and make sure my cell phone was actually at my house. I was extremely annoyed to find that blue mountain had taken a years subscription from my account without my authorisation. I was completely unaware of any renewal agreement. I asked for the account to be closed immediately and that the money taken would be refunded. They closed the account but ignored the refund. I have been unable to make contact with bluemountain since. They do not reply. Why are companies allowed to behave in this way? This is nothing short of theft.
