We have the same issue with Symatec. All, please send letters to Janice Chaffin, Group VP Consumer Business Unit and cc your State Attoney office and Credit Card company. I call Symatec Global Head Quarters at 650-527-8000. They will not let you speak to a company rep to try to solve the billing issues. They will not provide a phone number for DRI Symatec. I have a Lev elevator which was installed when we built our home 5 years ago. I was well-satisfied, except that during the summer of 2008, after an electrical storm, the light for the call button on the second floor went out and, more importantly, the outer door could not be opened on that floor from the outside. MCCE and Karen Mooney agreed to to build a complete website for our company. We paid 1/3 of the project fee and they promised to have work done in 3 weeks. New management is very rude, spacially two new onsite office managers. we have an incident before thanks giving. We had rotten smell coming from our stair. Got Sky has a "fair service" policy that they use to essentially cut off your service. They do this if you are so bold as to try to download a movie or large program. They then continue to charge you about $70.oo per month with essentially no service!!! I would strongly recommend that no one use this company. They are arrogant and stupid. We have availed 53 Air tel connection on CUG basis, and every nowand then the out going calls were discunnected with out any proper reason. evern today ie 4th Dec.09 since morning all our line were not working, getting the message out going call were temporaryly disconnected to your phone. Pro Wireles s located at Triangle Town Ctr, Cary Town Ctr, and NC State Fairground refuses to exchange a $16 earplug for a wireless phone. I stopped in and asked for an exchange because it stopped working. I can't hear anything through it although my callers say they can hear me. Services and Installation of water faucets and hookup of an ice maker. The service person was late (3 hours) and gave me an estimate on what the cost would be to install 2 faucets and 1 ice maker hookup. It took him 7.5 hours to do. His intent was to inflate the costs so make money. There fees are over 100 dollars per hour. This is outrageous. I was a very dissatisfied customer and will never in my life call on them again. I was given a gift from my sister of a Everyday Kitchen 3 QT. Rectangular Bake and Serve Dish with serving stand distributed by Tabletops Unlimited, Inc. This photographer is a scam artist. I won a "free" equine photo session July 2009 that ended up costing $1500.00 for 5 photos of my daughter and her horse.
