Made a purchase with this company 9/15/08 for 5 posters for 25 dollars. Little do you know when you make a purchase your automatically subscribed to a "membership." Upon finding this out, I immediatley canceled & returned all products not ordered by me. They keep sending you posters & charging your credit card. I have had Hughes Net for about a year and paying about $60.00 a month for nothing. We do not have DSL because I live in the country. I was told that we would get great service. We bought the equipment to avoid the monthly fee assuming that we would have great internet service. Well it has been down more than on. Warranty Direct is a scam company. I spent $1300.00 purchasing their top of the line extended warranty. My altenator went out and was repaired by an authorized dealer. Coverage was in order, the part was a covered part, and the repair facility was an authorized facility...yet Warranty Direct DENIED the claim. The complaint i have about your product is that when we purchase your product with the white tips on your cigars they are either broken where the cigar meets the plastic tip, there is a hole in the cigar somewhere, the tip comes comepletly off, we go through 2-3 boxes a day and sometimes half of them are defective so we are starting to feel that we are getting ready to change our brand of cigars if we are not compensated and the problems are not solved and we have a few of our freinds are thinking the same thing we expect to hear from you real soon or we will start taking action on finding a new brand that is worth to the full penny we pay for. read full review »

S & M Repair of Goodland, Kansas is unethical, unprofessional, and overcharges customers. I broke down in Goodland, Kansas off I-70. Goodland is hours from the nearest specialists or dealers for my VW in Wichita or Denver. I had my VW Passat towed to S & M Repair. S & M repair said that they could fix my car. This company advertises heavily on TV at this time of year. The web site is very deceptive. Lots of flashy popup specials, but no final tally or web page on which to confirm your order or check to see what you are really getting or your final costs. There is no place on the web site where a phone number or company contact information is listed so that you can cancel an order before it is shipped. Now I am stuck with too much of a product for which I paid too much and I will have to pay shipping costs to return the product. I felt cheated and deceived. Just a warning to anyone thinking of using these people. I booked an appointment with them 2 weeks prior to my move. I was not told I had to pay additional fees. First warning: The office manager calls the day before my move to reschedule to an earlier time (10am). Ok fine. The movers don't show up until 12:45. When I contracted with Web Hostingpad to host my website, they advertised 5 free subdomains included in the annual fee. Six months after I uploaded a subdomain, they billed my credit card $15. After I complained and compelled a refund, I could no longer update the website. I uploaded changes, but the changes did not copy onto the server, forcing me to find a new hosting service.
