Dazzle White strikes again!!! I am another sucker who has been trapped by these low-lifes. I accepted a 'free trial' of a product accepting I would need to pay for shipping. I didn't know the shipping would be around $14 USD (for a very small tube) but that is ok, it is over now, or so I thought. Cresta failed to deliver our order. Cresta continually gave us misleading information when we asked for revised delivery dates. In the end we terminated the contract since Cresta could not deliver. They admitted this 5 months after we placed the order. We were also advised that our deposit would be returned to our bank account within 7 days. I took an idea pre paid connect on 5th December 2009. When I took the connection, I submitted my passport copy as proof gave my passport photo and signed on their form. The line was working till 12th December. Then they barred my connection on the basis of not submitting the needed documents. I took a train to the city to audition for a casting call at elite model. When me and a couple other people auditioned, only one person was accepted. The person who interviewed us was rude, disrespectful and unprofessional. When I asked him on how I could improve, he referred me to other agencies. You would think that after a person comes all that way just for a casting call they would be a little more polite. They think they can act that way but it's not alright. Signed up in August, I called about reservations got one of the rudest person to talk to prices were more then I could get on my own. In order to get the 4 Free tickets you have to have Qualified Hotel reservations at the same time. Promised refund once they received their paperwork back. Well anyhow on the second work day he sent his assistant, a kid from the neighborhood with an old truck worth about $500.00. I bought a bus ticket for my son to travel from Penang to KL on 10/12/2009 at 4.30 pm. Three days before the travel date I went to the counter to change the ticket to 11/12/2009. My request was turned down and I had to buy a new ticket for him. The staff said he will try to sell the ticket for me. On 10/12/2009 my son went to the station to send his friends off at 4.30 pm and he saw the bus was full. Someone has bought the ticket and sat at his seat.
