In Oct. 2004, I bought a Sears 5 h.p. 22" Snowthrower (made by MTD) and found one flat tire in 2006. Sears replaced the tire under warranty. Then in 2009, both tires gone flat. My number is on all "do not call" lists. I received an automated call at dinner time which I could either ignore by hanging up or leave my name and number for a call back from a representative. I left my name and number so I could find out the name of the company without getting hung up on as they usually do. A woman named Carolyn or Caroline returned the call. They are violating the "do not call" list restrictions. I too, signed up for a 12 day free trial and did not receive it until 2 days after I called company to ask what the $99.10 charge was for. I was told at that time that the charges would be reversed. I received the trial pack the next day. I did received $49.55 back but the other half they say is for the first months product, which I haven't received and which shouldn't have been sent, since I had called and cancelled. There was an overcharge for a very small service of fixing a cut on my son's forehead. This took about 10 minutes. Total charges were an extraordinary $1500 or so. Doc component was about $700. Ms. Gita Etemadi, eBay seller, sold me a bracelet in late July 2009. Soon thereafter I inquired if I could return it. Ms. Etemadi agreed to accept the return. When she received it in the mail, Ms. Etemadi ignored my subsequent e-mails and eventually said flat out that she was not going to refund my $145. It would be an understatement to say that we experienced extremely poor service from Star Van Lines . We hired them to move my elderly mother from Southern California to Detroit. I signed a contract with Climate Guard for glass block windows. I decided to cancel and I had 3 days to do so. I signed a cancellation contract and on the contract it stated I should receive a refund within 20 calendar days. I cancelled 11/14/09 and contacted them on 12/4/09.
