They limit the calls to 5000 minutes and on top of it they have hidden residential usage requirement that limits your calling number to 6. However, they have suspended lines of 3, 500+ customers for using over 500 (yes five hundred) minutes leaving them unable to call 911 in case of emergency. They put customers lives in danger. These FSC cigarettes are garbage. I can no longer enjoy any of your lousy cigarettes. Phillip Morris and all other cigarette makers no damn well that these cigarettes were made only for the sole purpose of forcing smokers to quit. I just found out that ESBI 888-302-3724 has been processing a voicemail service fee on my Qwest phone bill since 10-20-2008. I never ordered their services. ESBI checked their records and they tell me that someone by the name of Clarissa ordered the service. I dont know a Clarissa. Because my bills are electronic I dont view the bill detail unless the bill changes unexpectidly, this month my bill jumped. Word of warning about "The UPS Store", especially the one in Abacoa, #3563... they do not stand by the service the sell to the customer, nor do they admit when they have not provided the service as promised and provide a refund. We scheduled our POD to be moved, so that we could unload it over the New Year's 3 day weekend. Had several people lined up to move the boxes, many of which are very large, and they called last minute today and said they were going to need to reschedule. Why? because of 1-3 inches of snow on the ground. We HAVE to get this stuff moved this weekend! We are now forced to go get a UHAUL today and move the stuff OUT of the POD and into a UHAUL to get it moved! I used to have the same company” Power Net Global” and I had a lot of problems: high taxes, no customer service, changing of rates without notice….. My friend referred me to another company called PULSE TELECOM .I have for two years this company, and to tell you the truth I am happy; their connection and prices are very reasonable. Their customer service very reliable in other languages also, just in case you have trouble with your English. On December 14, 2009, I sent a computer and monitors along with two digital cameras via Greyhound Package express to my sister in Eau Claire, Wisconsin. After a week had passed and the two boxes were not delivered I began calling Greyhound Package Express, but nothing has been done to find my merchandise. I have found out from a former employee that the workers routinely rip off the labels of valuable shipments and set them aside to steal later. Purchased a water heater from them that quit after three months. Company will pay for parts ( less than $20.00) but plumber's bill is half what the heater cost (and I paid the oplumber to install it, too). I feel I should have reasonably expected the product to last longer than this (my last water heater lasted 18 years!), and the company should help with labor as well as parts. After all, labor is an expected part of ANY repair. Why would anybody buy something that they have to pay to have repaired every three months? BUY ANOTHER BRAND! read full review »

PWSA sends out bills that are incorrect. They work with Jordan Tax and turn over any delinquent accounts to them. Jordan Tax gets their cut and does not communicate to PWSA if payments are being made on the past due amounts or not. Customers are receiving shut off notices left and right for bills that are reflecting incorrect amounts. Jordan Tax does NOT send out any statements reflecting what the balance is that is owed. SCAM - I bought a Sealy "cadillac" of pillow top mattress set for $1400 with a 10 year warranty. After 1 year top mattress starting breaking down. Mattress Discounters sent out man to measure and I was told the swag in the bed had to be more than 1 & 1/2 inches. At the 5th year, bed was so broken down it was uncomfortable and MD sent out man again to measure and said it was still not at 1 and 1/2 inches. I submitted to Consumer Affairs and they couldn't get company to settle. Said they were an affiliate of a very large mattress company and hard to sue or get them to honor warranties.
