There was an overcharge for a very small service of fixing a cut on my son’s forehead. This took about 10 minutes. Total charges were an extraordinary $1500 or so. Doc component was about $700. After numerous attempts to settle for a lower amount, we finally got agreement (with man named Achir, I think) from this firm for $300. Months later, the calls started coming again to collect the rest! My issues:

1) Harassing style of calls, in particular from a David Lynum, who was rude, mocking, and interrupted constantly.

2) Threats of lawsuits, throughout.

3) Taking payment over the phone without supporting documentation, before or after.

4) Agreeing to settlement with subsequent backing off when the money is paid.
