My complaint with Modern Marketing System is identical to everyone else's. My purpose here is to warn everybody that they have created another company to come back and capitalize on fixing those lousy sites they made. Our office received a call from Express Transaction Services Inc. in January, they spoke with our receptionist about ordering more thermal paper for our debit machine ( They made it sound like they were affiliated with Global Payments) she was very busy and at the time said that yes we needed more paper. A 2nd phone call came through making sure happy with the service provided (was the representative friendly etc.) 5 days later two boxes were delivered to the office. STAY AWAY from Omnicity for wireless internet service in Indiana. With the service for 54 days. First 29 days were great. Last 24 days major outages (absolutely no service) during 12 of those days, with erractic service for 6 of those days. Total days with issues: 18 of 24. On the outage days (12 of 24) total downtime now at 186.75 hours..yes, nearly 8 ENTIRE DAYS of downtime - with NO notice. every month is a new charge on my phone for which i have to sit for hours trying to figure it out and get AT&T to reverse the charges and for late fees after they told me what amount to pay. I am never late cause i live on a fixed imcome and all my bills go out the 1st of each month but i am being charged $15.00 late fee and each month i call, each month is the same and now they are adding finance charges to it. Buyer beware. Best Buy DOES NOT stand behind the products that they sell. Purchased Sony Headphones from Best Buy kiosk at Atlanta/Hartfield airport. The headphones were terrible, tried to return (unsuccessfully) them at local retail store was told to contact the Best Buy Kiosk people. I am so angry with Quest for what they made us go through. Everything with Quest was going fine, till we disconnected their service and switched to Vonage. Instead of disconnecting the existing service, Quest went ahead and created a new account in my name and added services that I had never ordered. Kiyahalla Movers are scamers. They say they are honest but they take your money by overcharging you in ridiculous matters such as flight of stairs or heavy boxes fee. enom changed over my account to BulkRegister with out my consent. When they made this change, they signed me up for a $99 service. The problem is that the e-mail notification said I was renewing a service I never signed up for, didn't disclose that I would be charged $99, said that failure to take action would lead to being billed, and gave incorrect directions for how to cancel this service. This came on the heals of me having successfully disputed their automatic domain name renewals when I took no action, where they failed to disclose the cost of renewal and billed me $20 more than I originally paid per year. read full review »
