Constant harassing telemarket calls from green initiatives, were told over and over not to call this number and were told this # was registered on nat. no call registry. My recent phone bill from AT&T had a $98.99 added amount from Green Initiatives with AT&T as they're third party billing agent to my phone service account. I payed these guys hundreds of dollars over three months and didnt' get one lead. Their customer service people where rude when I called about my placement being offline. Even worse after I canceled my account in writing they continued to charge my card. After hours on the phone with the credit card company, and being unable to get ahold of anyone at IP Associates for over a month I had to cancel the card to get the charges to stop. This company continues to harrass after being told repeatedly that the adult they are looking for doesn't live in my home. They call constantly, very early in the morning - weekdays, weekends, whenever they choose. When told to stop calling, they are unbelievably rude. I was a member of the Bodyplex Grayson at Moon Rd and 20 for a couple of years, coming in the morning early enough not many people get in there before me. I began noticing issues with the cleaning services, like members blowing their nose with tissues they stuffed inside the cup holders and left when they were done and they stayed there for two weeks. Sent some items to Nigeria using this company Nigeria's Cargo Force NGF Ltd. The items were not delivered. On call the company, I received insults from the staff, telling me they we deliver it when ever, and that their van was stuck somewhere in Nigeria call Allhausa. I was charged $19.95 on my credit card by Shopping Essencials without authorization and when I called them to find out about the charge, they've said that I authorized the charge while accepting a "deal" when I purchased an airline ticket through Travelocity.com. So traffic agents are zero tolerance on box blockers- YES! But they should also realize that they create a problem wherein when they pull over a motorist who blocked the box - they should pull them over to a spot where they will not cause blockage while they issue the ticket.
