This so called company sold me a product that was to help me make a six figure income from home. They lied the product did not work. I called them 30 days after and was told that they would send me a cheque in the mail back at the start of Jan 2010. It is now Jan 30 2010. I have not received my money or any check. We represent a carrier that has not been paid for services that were successfully executed for Barnwood Logistics. These charges are undisputed by Barnwoood, they just refuse to pay. The shipper was contacted to verify that they paid Barnwood which they did. So it wasn't like they themselves(Barnwood) didn't get paid. Road America refused to pay for a new wheel that was supposedly covered under a wheel insurance policy. They would only pay $50 toward repair of the wheel. The wheel was bent and I was advised that the wheel was unrepairable by 2 highly rated shops. Road America would have required me to ship the wheel to the nearest repair facility (several hundred miles) and any alternate transportation would have been my responsibility. It was cheaper for me to just buy a new wheel as I needed my car. This company is claiming to be A.T.&T. and calling at least 6 times a day. They are tying up our phone lines and they don't want to take no for an answer. I am very disappointed with The Train Stop in San Dimas, California. This is my first experience of walking into a shop and having the shop owner reprimand me as if I am one of his employees. I was duked into a contract in Nov 2008 by a sale rep at Att realypages. He said the contract was 3 years with the option to cancel after 12 months. I should have realized that made no sense. Now I have been trying to cancel since the 12 months is up and they will not allow me to til Oct 2010. Every time I try to call the sales rep he is not available or does not return my call. Nor does his manager. I have proof that I have not been getting what I paid for. I was guarenteed 30 clicks per month. I get about 6. Does anyone have any suggestions for me? Unprofessional, unprepared, over sold and under delivered only begins to sum up our experience with DMR. We had simple requests when signing the contract, caller ID, AA, VM, call reporting and customer service. They failed to deliver on all of these requirements. On top of that they have unreliable service! The T1 circuit would be down for the majority of the day for the first 3 weeks after install forcing us to sit and twiddle our thumbs while they worked on the circuit again.
