I went to Skunkarific with a computer that quit working, they kept it for 2 weeks then called me and told me my hard drive was bad and I needed a new computer which they were happy to sell me one. I ordered a $30 CD that puts aviation maps on my PocketPC. The order was dated November 22, 2009. It cleared my credit card on November 23, 2009. I have never received the CD as of today, January 20, 2010. I have made countless phone calls only to get an answering machine as well as numerous emails to only get replies that says he is sorry that I did not get the CD and it would go out in a few days. Hello, I have a Craftsman 10" Table Saw model number 137.248830. This saw cost me about $180. I bought it to do some work on my old house, since then it has been in storage. I have always had trouble with this saw making square cuts and so I decided to try to align it so that I can use it for wood projects. I brought my Daughters car to these scammers and I was told the price to fix my fender would be a couple hundred dollars. This is an attractive gas fireplace. However, before purchasing one I urge the customer to open the door at the bottom of the fireplace, remove the panel and examine the mess behind. The rat's nest of wires is something not worthy of a high school science project. Also remove the battery tray on the right side. This should convince the customer to look for another unit. I have just spent the last hour trying to resolve what are now TEN calls to verizon DA and verizon help. Each time I was provided either a wrong number or disconnected, then transferred twice from 411 to verizon directly where I was placed on hold for 15-20 minutes.
