I just had Ken Ray Flooring redo floors in my home. Not only was their work unprofessional but Ken Ray is the most unprofessional business man I have EVER worked with. This company, Tri Universal, sell auto cleaning products at has stations. Beware! When I got mine home, the spray bottle was lacking a button and was therefor unuseable. I mean all of them. Then they are nowhere to be found. The cans have something in them, but its worthless. I have been a customer of qwest for about 12 years. I did not pay my bill on accident and without a notice of diconnection they turned off my services. Did I mention that it was during the holidays! On April 1, 2009 we bought a Vicks Cool Mist Humidifier, model Kaz V3500N. According to the user manual the humidifier came with a 3-year warranty. I had a service contract w/ARS Rescue Rooter. On 12/8/09 they had their second annual check on my Heat Pump. The service tech Chris told me I would need to replace the run capacitor ($215) and the contactor ($265) ... Cost to me $480 but they threw in a 20% discount since I had a service contract.
