Bad customer service is simply a gross understatement at Mandurah Outboards. Not only did they misdiagnose the problem with my boat but once they completed their so called repairs, the boat came back to me in worse condition (no reverse gear). I am a player of SuperPoke Pets. We are current trying to get them to listen to us and fix some of the many issues in the game. So far all we have received is nothing! Many players have recently quit and many more are are preparing to. At this time until they start solving some of the issues I would not recommend in playing this game. I am using BSNL broadband plan, the service is very bad. most of the time it hang on dead, after that speed is very bad. The wire in the street is lying on the main road and before two days some persons cutted it. I purchased a VIP discount card from Prestige Cleaners that clearly states "no expiration date" and they will not honor the card. The card states they will clean my shirts for 99 cents each time I use one of my punches. They charged me $2.75 per shirt, making me pay extra because my shirts were tall, and offered no discount and completely dismissed my VIP card. Tried to use the calling card for the second time on January 17th, 2010 and was told there was insufficient funds. An unknown $8.23 (voicemail anywhere, VM) charge showed up on our residential phone bill for the 2nd month. We contact our provider, VERIZON, who says they can't stop the charges, but they will freeze the amount owed so it won't show as an overdue balance. Verizon gives us a number for OAN to request that they cancel the service and reverse the charges. That number, of course, doesn't allow us access to the company. Digitcom Service constantly calls me. Everyday I receive at least one phone call with their phone number 1-213-710-8160. When I answer I sometimes get nothing at their end. Other times I answer I get a recording saying all operators are busy, please stay on the line. When I stay on the line it eventually hangs up. I have tried to file an online complaint with Pfizer US Pharm about their product Chantix. I have already filed with the FDA. NONE of the contact forms on their USA site work. I have filled out several diff. forms 1/2 dozen times today and all comback as "failed". This drug needs to be taken off the market.
