This company is unprofessional and will rip you off for anything they can. They change the rules to short change you if they don't like something that you do. Contractors BEWARE!!! Stay away from this shop. One contractor I knew was sick for awhile (3 weeks) and when it came time to pay him vacation pay thet was promised, they didn't give him full pay because they said he missed too much time. in other words, they didn't make enough money. They also ripped me off for some per deim because I didn't tell them I was changing jobs. I saw the infomercial for Cylapril which claims to get you healthy in order to help you lose weight. There was a fabulous deal if you wanted a trial and the corresponding book then all you had to pay was $10. What a deal I thought... for $10 I will try anything that will help!

This child care center / preschool closed due to "weather-related" reasons on February 1st after a snow storm 2 days before. I drove across town and by the center early in the morning and the roads were just fine. Many schools were closed that day because of bussing concerns on secondary and remote roads. I received the service of kinky twists from Ms. Keyshonda Kennedy on January 23rd. At the end of the process she took scissors and trimmed the excess weave from each twist. After a week and a half with them in my hair I decided to wash and condition them to keep my hair healthy. Last June I accept the proposal of this company. Although after a couple days trying to use the site and the info they told me I could access, I send my cancelation in the proper timming to do it. Until today I'm still waitting for the refund I have the right to receive. It's a shame that such a self nominated fantastic company acts like that. Ongoing problem, the consumer has 21 days to check the goods and return if not in working order... i purchased a split system and paid cash, believing Panasonic was a reputable product, whilst supporting small local business!
Approx. 3 months after purchasing the product and having completed renovations, i decided to install the product, only to find out that the pipes that the gas runs through was damaged, actually they didnt even join up.

Simpson Door Company sold me an 1100.00 dollar Wood front door that leaks thru the wood panels like a screen door on a submarine ! ! !! !!
When i quizzed them about this they said, ... ' sand down door, give two coats of polyurethane, and then two coats of marine 'varnish'...yeah right, just like every other door that you spend 1100.00 dollars for .

I have been lied to by 4 people about bringing me my product. Someone showed up at my door again to sell some to me and I should her my reciept from the last time I bought it and asked if she would give me it. She asked to see my reciept and who sold it to me. I gave it too her. She said she would take care of it and she walked away with my reciept and never came back. I called to complain and they keep telling me they will send someone with the product. I prepaid for an annual website and email hosting service through Hyperstreet.com. I have regular VALID complaints that were entirely ignored and/or met with argument. Even worse, they lied to me about corrective time frames and preventative measures for the future problems. Most recently, I have been forced to change my email provider to Globat.com due to my email service through Hyperstreet.com being down for days at a time and no one answering the phone or email inquiries addressed to hyeprstreet.com.

This company was my middle layer for one of my project and worked through them for 2 years, he used to take highest cut/hr and on the top he is not paying me last 3 months payment. I purchased a raid server from RaidKing/MacRaid because they said it would share files "out of the box" without Apple's XSAN software. They lied and I spent $10, 000 plus $2000 more to "try" FiberShare software that doesn't work for us. They said they won't take it back because nothing is "wrong" with it. I was promised by a door to door salesperson that my utilities would go down a huge amount by signing with Alberta Energy Savings. I have progressively seen my bills get bigger and bigger and with two kids to support it is getting out of control. I phoned to cancel yesterday and it will cost me $400 to get out. Buyer bought 2 Savannah kittens from breeder, Adrianne Propst. Both cats were diagnosed with chronic skin disorders. Breeder touts "Quality and Commitment" on her website, but breeder has offered nothing to remedy the situation. These cats were $3700.00 and buyer has spent several hundred more on their "special needs". Buyer has provided the seller with medical records and receipts to validate expenses and special care. They gave us an estimate on the phone, according to an exact list of items we intended to move. They refused to do a walk through and confirm the quote but said they had a set system to do their pricing. Of course, when the driver finally arrived, the price to move the very same items was 50% more.

I purchased a large box of kitchen bags made by Glad, the kind that stretch and supposedly are very durable. A full 3/4 of the bags I pull from the roll are defective. The sides split open when shaking them open. Contacted Glad but they did not respond. Apparently they do not have any quality control in their factory or this wouldn't happen. Just received my annual renewal notice and I am shocked at how the prices have risen. I have been a long time subscriber with 4 activated radios. I was floored at the new pricing. I called the 800# and was transferred to India/Pakistan/Philippines and attempted to speak to someone who spoke in English. A salesman showed up at my door and said I had hail damage to my roof. They said they could get my homeowners insurance to pay for a new roof. Next thing I know, they were filing a claim for me and gave me a contract to sign that said none of the things the salesman had promised. I called later and canceled but the insurance adjuster did show up and say that I have no damage at all. Of course, so now I have a claim against my policy for no reason at all.
