This company has been "slamming" me for the last 4 months with a 15.69 charge on my home phone! I have been calling for the last 6 hours and no one will answer the phone. I keep getting a recording saying the office is closed and will reopen during business hours. I am outraged that such FCC rules would allow this type of stealing to occur. The only progress I have made is submitting an online complaint to USBI. The reply email stated it would take up to 5 days to respond. Ok, so we are all human and do make mistakes, go figure. I accidently sent a payment to Sprint thru MY bank and MY ACCOUNT for my ex-wife's discontinued cell service. Upon agreeing to a public service ad on local radio we received a copy of the intended script for the ad. It was wrong and we called to make the changes. A few weeks later, the ad aired without the changes. All of our company information was aired incorrectly. We received numerous calls from friends and business associates regarding our ad and were confused about the information on the radio. This company insisted on billing us for the full amount and denied any changes were requested. We challenged their bill. After numerous calls and discussions, they admitted their error. We purchased our Select Comfort mattress 3 years ago. No complaints until it started to lose air. Called customer service number and was treated terribly! Very sarcastic on the phone and not willing to help whatsoever. I asked if I could pay to have someone come out and check the problem. I have received two huge Vodacom bills for October and November 2009 amounting to R8500 for the two months. Since 2007 I have the 500 meg contract of R249 per month and ONLY paid that amount untill receiving this HUGE amounts. I have not increased my internet activity at all and did not download the amount Vodacom keeps me liable for. I signed up for the Verizon FIOS bundle in November of 2006. At that time I was promised a free TV. After numerous calls to their customer service department I received the TV about a year later. I also asked if I would like to refer a friend. I was told that I would receive a credit of $100 as well as the friend I referred if they subscribed to the service. We have reported our internet/dsl problems everyday for a week and half. They keep passing the problem from 1 person to the other person, each one saying it is fixed. I placed an order through Price USA for a computer part. I was told the order was placed but it did not arrive for nearly 2 weeks. After 3 weeks Price USA contacted me and told me that the item was out of stock, even though the store told me otherwise. Purchased a treadmill from Sears in August 2006 for $1700 and a 5 year warranty for $475. Allegedly covers all parts and service. Called to request service, sears claimed Nordictrack was to service. Nordictrack claimed extended warranty was covered by Sears. Spent 50 minutes being transferred between companies - Sears claimed they had no record of the warranty. I bought a Sears Craftsman 26 inch electric snow blower on 21 December 2008. Itr was used twice last winter, then stored in garage until this January. The snow blower will not start, and the starter appears faulty. Sears considers this a "carry-in" item and if they have to come to our house to repair it, I will be charged $100.00 call out fee plus parts, etc. The snow blower is 56 inches long, 45 inches tall and 25 inches wide. My garage door did not open completely especially in cold weather. When he first came to evaluate the problem, he made it seemed as if this was a large problem requiring sometime to do the work. We bought a top-of-the-line King Koil latex mattress. It was soooo comfy for the first 30 days or so and then we started to notice obvious sagging, waking up with back pain, etc. We removed all of the bedding to look at the mattress and the sagging was actually visible and looked like the mattress had been folded in half, almost leaving a crease across the middle.
