UPS has had posession of my package since February 5th and still has offered me no guarnateed delivery date. Their only excuse is poor weather conditions. Canada Post delivery service! On February 15th, 2010 we had a Canada Post supervisor come to our door stating that the post carrier refused to deliver our mail due to snow on the steps and missing railings. Please note following his visit, I measured the snow as being 1/2'" of soft snow that had fallen the night before, and as for the railings, there have never been railings on the two steps necessary to get to the mail box. THis company advertises lifetime file downloads for $26.65 but after you have ordered and received your credit card info it turns out to be $105.95. When I asked why, I was informed that in their terms and conditions it spelled out that there were various other services that you were being charged for. Ideal Savings Now LLC Voicemail Nationwide with charges of 14.95 plus tax (1.05) total charge = $16 I called the numbers listed on the bill to cancel the service and then stayed on the line (which was required) to request a refund of the charges.
