When engaged them for a new maid, they are friendly and welcoming. When you returned a poor quality maid back to them, they turn hostile. They refused to talk to you regarding the advance payment even when you told them that you are not going to get a replacement from them. The repair man tried charging me for a service call when the appliance is still under warranty. The repair man (Lynn) claimed he was the owner, don't know if it's true. He left the fridge torn apart and left when I informed him I wasn't paying him since it's still under warranty and fridigaire told me I was not to pay the service man. I purchase a brand new in the box wet tile cutter. On the receipt it says that Candian tire will not accept opened boxes. Any defects or missing parts must be obtained from the manufacturer. It's a Mastercraft tool - The Canadian Tire brand. This amounts to CT moving to a final sale model, where you cannot return anything to them. Once you open the box, you own it. They kept delaying the transfer for one reason or another such as having to speak with the conpany owner to prevent fraud, banks take time, etc. It was one excuse after another. Viceroy still has not commited to replacing their defective shingles. For months I waited for their in house investigator who agreed the product had aged prematurely. Then they made me wait more onths for their independent consultant who also stated that their IKO shingles had wwarped prematurely. Received a Christmas Tree that was nothing like the photo and did not measure out to the 7.5 height Full 60" width 1, 000 lights that it said I would be getting. When I pulled out branches as far out as I could one branch and only one branch reached to 55 1/2" width advertised. I have been billed $9.99 for a service called "Ring-N-Rock." I have never heard of this service nor have I ever used it. The charge appeared on my T-Mobile bill.
