CHI Host, happens to be one of those companies that are "full of hot air". Their "24-hour technical support" never returns my phone calls. On their website they boast a 99.9% uptime guarantee. I bought a HP laptop in April and keep crash for the last few weeks. I sent it in for repair and the customer service rep at HP said his tech said I spilled liquid on the keyboard and it would cost over $300 to fix.
