The post office always sends me slips in the mail if I miss a delivery and so far I have not even gotten the slip from them; so I am to assume that they were never even shipped. My sons had their pictures made for my Mother's day gift. Pictures were to be ready on 5/28. I called on 5/27 to find out that the pictures/film were lost/damaged and could not be developed. As my sons are all adults and live in different parts of the city and work different schedules it will be impossible to have these retaken. Company says no information, no charge. The information for the reverse phone number search I requested came back with someone who had the phone "several" years before. When I called with my concerns they told me to read the entire disclosure statement which says they might not have "current" information and that in such a situation there would be no refunds. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was informed that they do not accept calls. I sent an email to customer support stating my case and have never received a response. Ace Fencing installed my fence as requested and on 05/15/08 I was cited by the City of Las Vegas Code Enforcement because there was no permit issued for said fence. I called C.J. Snell, the contractor in charge of the installation about the problem. He stated that he would charge me $150.00 plus the permit fee to get the permit he should have gotten before installation began. I have also used this company Watcheslux, they are a scam. First off, they tell you that they have 5 -7 days shipping, no, my order is 3 weeks old and still no watch. Free Gas Central collected our $5 registration fee through PayPal back on August 25, 2008 and after 3 months of faithfully mailing in our $100 worth of gas recipts, we have received 3 emails from them acknowledging they have received our receipts "in good order". However, to-date we have not received a single gas card. Their website is down and their phone number just rings and rings and no one answers in the "customer service" dept. The company website offers golf products by Brand name and includes pictures of brand name products. My example was the purchase of a Taylor Made R9 Driver.
