We bought a new Tiburon on a Friday evening that was dirty, needed the wheels changed, and a second key fob. They did not have time to complete the work on Friday and gave us an appointment for Monday at 11:00am. The sales person Kathy, even said she would refill the gas tank then. Do not, under any circumstances do business with these people. They are con artists of the first order. They are middle men, have no product, specialize in delay stories, confusion, misinformation and outright lies. They are unable to honor any shipping commitments, and based on a review of other complaints, when they finally deliver, you get junk. I got a GE washer and have extended warranty on it. I noticed water leak and turned off the water outlets and asked GE to send a service guy to fix it. The service guy came and told me there's nothing wrong and told me that he would only replace the plastic tub cover. When I leased my LR3, I told them that my biggest concern was that I live far from the dealer and I had heard Land Rovers broke down frequently. We purchased a salt system for our swimming pool from PoolEx, and after just over a year the unit quit working. I went to order these AFC on their website, I ordered the set as seen on their home page, buy one set and get a second set free. I was billed $28.94 twice and after more than a dozen phone calls, emails, I cannot get my money refunded. My transmission is slipping to the point where the car does not move. I had it towed to a dealer where they contacted Penn Warranty which I have never used since I purchased it in 10/05 and they said they would need a diagnostics done and would have to know what parts exactly need to be replaced. Penn Warranty does not pay for diagnostics even though they request them. I hired Miller Cleaning Inc. of Lincoln, NE to clean my home and paid in advance for 1 year to get a lower per visit rate ($1880-not cheap!). We bought our home and paid a premium because we were backing on to a future school site. After 4 years, the school board decided not to build the school there. The builder now is planing over 40 homes in this area. We did not receive the premium we paid to have this lot. The service at this company totally stinks. The people that you try to talk with cannot speak good English and they have standard answers. My internet download speed sucks 8 hours out of 24. Of the remaining 16 hours, we sleep approximately 8 so that only give us about 8 hours of what is suppose to be quality service.
