I could not get the norton to install on my computer. I want a refund. I do not want the Norton 360. Please help to make this happen. I would have called but never found a number. 	November 13, 2008 co denies renewal of subscription renewed my subscription on Oct 5, 2008, order # 5105804612 Norton 360 version 2.0 ever since, on booting up, i receive a message that my subscription has expired, particularly, my computer is "at risk" re protection updates and virus & spyware.
	July 3, 2008 Paid for services I don't think I got, for virus protection I keep getting pop-ups telling me that my Norton Virus Protection has expired. I down loaded from the sight, like they said to do. The icon on my desk top, says this system is corrupt. I paid $131.98 for this service. The order number is: 2094252713. I ordered this over the internet on 6-19-08 when the free time had expired.
	June 16, 2008 Billed for anti-virus that did not download. Charges for Norton Antivirus were billed to my credit card on May 25 and June 9. The program did not download properly. The charge on June 14 is correct. The program downloaded. The May 25 and June 9 charges should be voided. Thanks
