I took a loan out for my truck, to try and save my foreclosed home...I had no other alternative. It is 2 years later and they are telling me that I still owe the principal balance, plus fees. They have threatened me, called my boss and family members and even sent the repo man out to harrass my son. My car was hit in June 2006 while it was parked in front of my house. I woke up early and heard a loud noise and did not see anything - oh if I only knew. Front load clothes washer and clothes dryer I bought in summer of 2005 and were expensive machines. What a piece of junk! The washer never did work right, it could not seem to do a final spin, it would say it was unbalanced. I finally realized a front load should not be this much trouble. This has been the worst home improvement supplier I have ever delt with. Their customer service is awful. No retrun call, no return emails. Just awful. They handled my claim incorrectly and filed against the wrong employer. The GA Department of Labor has no way to file a claim and correctly list a employer with PRN employees. They have filed the claim against the wrong company and I have never gotten my payment from my ex employer and they actually filed against a company that I am working in a PRN status for. They have basically screwed up everything and I am the one suffering the concequences of they incompitence. I contacted them in Oct. 2008 to file personal bankruptcy. They were recommended by Care One Credit Counseling. They took $1500 which I could ill afford, and told me my court date would be Jan. 09. It's now mid March, and I can't get any information from them about my case. If you are lucky enough to get someone on the phone, they can never answer any questions and always say that someone will get back to you. They never do. I have to start all over now with a local attorney. I have been paying for 3Mbps service for over two years. For much of that time, the service has delivered between .7 and 1.3 Mbps as verified by both speedtest.net and speakeasy.com.
